Product Owner

Должностные обязанности:

• Планирование производственного процесса и участие в реализации проектов по запуску изделий;
• Просчёт себестоимости проекта на этапе запуска и дальнейшее ведение экономики проекта: контроль затрат, анализ плановых и фактических показателей;
• Ведение таблиц по проекту в Excel и Google Таблицах: себестоимость, калькуляции, бюджеты и экономика проекта;
• Поиск и оценка сторонних производств, развитие отношений с действующими партнёрами;
• Расчёт стоимости и согласование условий сотрудничества со сторонними производствами (цены, сроки, объёмы, порядок взаимодействия);
• Сквозной контроль производственного цикла на сторонних площадках: соблюдение сроков, качества и технологии изготовления изделий;
• Регулярные выезды на производства, личное участие в оперативном решении возникающих производственных вопросов;
• Участие в работе экспериментального цеха по мере необходимости (отработка образцов и запуск новых моделей);
• Кросс-функциональное взаимодействие с командой: конструкторами, технологами, закупками и логистикой.

Требования:

• Профильное образование (швейное производство, дизайн одежды, технологии лёгкой промышленности);
• Опыт работы менеджером швейного производства, технологом или помощником руководителя производства от 1 года;
• Опыт работы с разнообразным ассортиментом (несколько категорий или типов изделий одновременно);
• Готовность к многозадачности: ведение нескольких проектов и заказов параллельно, в сжатые сроки;
• Уверенное владение Excel и Google Таблицами для расчётов и ведения экономики проекта;
• Готовность к регулярным выездам на производственные площадки.

• Работа в Доме моды Игоря Чапурина, возможность участвовать в уникальных проектах;
• График работы 5/2, с 10.00 до 19.00, гибкий, с выездами на сторонние площадки;

About the role

The Credit team at Revolut creates and scales lending features that power global growth. They manage the entire product lifecycle, from backend systems to customer-facing experiences. By combining market insight, risk expertise, and technical precision, they deliver safe, forward-thinking solutions tailored to each region.

We're looking for a Credit Product Manager who'll be the go-to person on all things credit. You'll drive product development, improve funnel conversion, lower cost of acquisition, and maintain top quality in the product and customer journey.

What you’ll be doing

• Setting the vision for lending features, considering how it connects to overall company goals
• Building credit products with world-class customer experiences in mind, understanding the full credit lifecycle of a customer
• Defining, prioritizing, and communicating short, mid, and long-term project goals
• Ensuring high engagement in UX to deliver great customer experiences
• Creating a high-conversion funnel and improving acceptance rate
• Lowering the cost of customer acquisition
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction within retail credit products
• Establishing reliable and reputable third-party partnerships
• Ensuring zero tolerance of compliance issues or breach of regulatory requirements

What you'll need

• A degree from a top university
• Experience building products and/or features in retail credit
• Solid product design experience with a passionate approach to customer experience and challenging the status quo
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles with a deep understanding of customer behavior, data, research, and real-world experiences
• Familiarity with risk management principles
• Programming and data analysis skills
• Great interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the ability to prioritize features based on customer needs/wants
• An analytical mindset and track record for making data-driven decisions
• The ability to lead a team and build partnerships with other functions
• The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders

Compensation range

• New York: $148,500 - $225,000 gross annually*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
