Привет! Софи - молодая IT-компания, которая автоматизирует поиск работы. От составления резюме, откликов на вакансии до приглашений на интервью и переписок с рекрутерами.
Какую боль мы решаем?
На одну Junior-вакансию откликается от 1500 до 3000 человек. Рекрутер просматривает только 40-50 откликов. Чтобы получить 2-3 приглашения, нужно делать 600-700 откликов, каждый занимает 5-15 минут.
Поэтому мы разработали Софи - ИИ-ассистента, который автоматизирует 80% рутины по поиску работы.
Кто в команде: 1 дизайнер, 1 разработчик, 1 саппорт, 1 маркетолог.
Ищем Middle бизнес-аналитика, который будет связующим звеном между бизнесом и разработкой: разберется в процессах, превратит идеи в понятные требования и поможет команде запускать то, что действительно нужно пользователям и бизнесу.
Задачи:
* Сбор и анализ требований от продукта, маркетинга и поддержки.
* Описание и оптимизация бизнес-процессов: онбординг, оплаты и подписки, работа с пользователями.
* Подготовка ТЗ, user stories и критериев приемки для разработки.
* Моделирование процессов (BPMN, UML) и пользовательских сценариев.
* Участие в приоритизации бэклога и оценке эффекта от новых функций.
* Анализ воронок, конверсий и юнит-экономики для принятия решений.
* Приемка реализованных задач и контроль соответствия требованиям.
Стек (обязательно):
* Опыт работы бизнес-аналитиком от 1,5 лет.
* Умение выявлять и формализовать требования, проводить интервью со стейкхолдерами.
* Опыт описания процессов в BPMN / UML.
* Опыт написания ТЗ, user stories, use cases.
* Базовый SQL для самостоятельной проверки гипотез и выгрузки данных.
* Умение делать выводы из данных и объяснять их простым языком.
Плюсом:
* Опыт работы в стартапе или небольшой продуктовой команде.
* Опыт работы с подписочными сервисами и платежами.
* Понимание юнит-экономики и продуктовых метрик (конверсия, retention, LTV).
* Опыт работы с Jira / Confluence / Notion.
* Интерес к AI и автоматизации.
