• 3-5+ years of hands-on SAP EWM consulting experience and strong SAP EWM configuration skills.


• Practical understanding of inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, inventory, and warehouse execution processes.


• Experience with SAP EWM integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.


• Understanding of integration with related modules such as MM, SD, TM, PP, and QM.


• Experience preparing functional specifications and working with ABAP development teams.


• Experience with SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and production support activities.


• Ability to independently analyze functional issues and propose solutions.

responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP EWM solutions for implementation, enhancement, and support projects across embedded and decentralized environments.


• Analyze warehouse processes and translate business requirements into functional designs, configurations, and specifications.


• Configure core SAP EWM processes, including inbound/outbound, putaway, stock removal, internal movements, replenishment, physical inventory, handling units, RF, wave management, packing, and staging.


• Support SAP EWM integration with SAP S/4HANA and other logistics areas, collaborating with functional, ABAP, and integration teams.


• Participate throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.


• Prepare functional documentation and test scenarios, troubleshoot issues, and support SIT/UAT and client business users.


• Own assigned functional deliverables while collaborating with SAP EWM Leads and Architects and contributing to internal knowledge sharing and best practices.

REquired skills:

• 8+ years of SAP TM experience, including 3+ years in a lead or architect role.


• Experience as a lead consultant or architect on at least 3 full end-to-end SAP TM implementations, ideally with multi-country rollouts.


• Expert knowledge of SAP TM processes (planning and optimization, freight orders, carrier management, freight settlement) and of embedded and standalone TM.


• Solid understanding of integration with S/4HANA, SAP EWM, and SAP BTP/CPI, plus TM technical aspects (BAdIs, PPF, Fiori, basic ABAP analysis).


• Strong communication skills: ability to defend architectural decisions and present to technical teams and C-level stakeholders.


• Polish B2.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define and own the end-to-end SAP TM solution architecture, including the choice of deployment model (embedded TM in S/4HANA vs. standalone) and fit with the wider logistics landscape.


• Design integration architecture between SAP TM and adjacent systems (S/4HANA, SAP EWM, Event Management, GTS, carrier portals, third-party TMS/WMS/ERP).


• Act as design authority on projects: make and document key design decisions, review functional and technical specs, and ensure consistency from requirements to build.


• Mentor Senior and Junior consultants and guide the team through the delivery lifecycle, from design and testing to go-live and hypercare.


• Lead pre-sales activities: architecture workshops, demos, and the solution part of RFP/RFI responses, including scope and effort estimation.

• Familiarity with AI solutions and frameworks within the SAP ecosystem (e.g., SAP Business AI, Joule, GenAI-assisted workflows).


• Strong presentation and communication skills with experience engaging executive-level stakeholders.


• Proven background in scope management, requirements prioritization, and expectation alignment.


• Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical team deliverables.


• Practical hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence) and version control systems (Git).


• Excellent cross-functional collaboration capabilities and adaptability to changing project priorities.


• Full professional fluency in English (B2+ both written and spoken).
