Hi there! Thanks for stopping by 👋

We're looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager to join our Product & Technology Operations team and own how we build the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) into a shared execution model across Product, Engineering, and Design.

You will own how work flows from idea to impact across the organization - one language for how work moves, one set of metrics leaders can trust, and one standard for what "good" looks like at every stage of PDLC.

This is a founding role for the function. You'll define the model, align stakeholders around it, and prove out its value as you build.

What you’ll be doing:

Define the execution model

  • Design a PDLC framework that works across Product, Engineering, and Design and across all Lightspeed products.

  • Define what good looks like at each stage of PDLC, including the artifacts, checkpoints, and exit criteria teams should use.

Build the measurement system

  • Establish metrics that give leaders a trustworthy, holistic view of how work is flowing and where it's getting stuck.

  • Design the framework so it measures the system and surfaces bottlenecks, not individual performance.

  • Build in exception tracking so blocked or off-track work is visible early.

Drive adoption

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design leaders across every vertical to align on the model and earn genuine buy-in and adoption.

  • Navigate real differences across verticals and business units without forcing false consistency where it doesn't make sense.

  • Bring structure to ambiguity - resolve open questions as they surface rather than waiting for a perfect spec.

Build an AI-first PDLC

  • Define what humans own versus what AI agents own at each stage of PDLC, keeping judgment, accountability, and anything irreversible or customer-facing with humans.

  • Partner with Engineering to identify where AI agents can accelerate delivery, build pilots, and measure their ROI and impact on speed.

  • Ensure human checkpoints are genuine decisions, not rubber stamps, as adoption scales.

Evolve the model

  • Treat the framework as a living system - review it periodically and adjust based on what's actually working.

  • Report on program health and progress to senior leadership.

What you need to bring:

  • Experience designing or significantly evolving a delivery framework, execution model, or program management system - not just operating one someone else built.

  • Experience leading cross-functional organizations through operational change, including turning skepticism into genuine adoption.

  • A track record of building measurement systems from ambiguous or inconsistent data, and knowing which problems to solve first versus defer.

  • Experience partnering with Engineering on applied AI or automation, including how to evaluate and measure whether it's actually accelerating delivery, not just novel.

  • Strong executive communication skills - able to represent program health, risk, and trade-offs credibly to senior leadership.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Design without formal authority over them.

  • Comfort operating with significant ambiguity and independently structuring a path forward rather than waiting for direction.

  • As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position

You'd Be Great At This Role If You...

  • Enjoy building something from a blank page rather than optimizing an existing system.

  • Can hold a strong point of view on "what good looks like" while staying open to what the data and teams tell you.

  • Get energized aligning stakeholders with different views, perspectives, and backgrounds.

  • Think in systems and flow, not individual tickets or teams.

We know that people are more than what’s on their CV. If you’re unsure that you have the right profile for the role... hit the ‘Apply’ button and give it a try!

Be a changemaker

You’ll enjoy:

  • A flexible work environment that empowers you to do your best work

  • A culture that celebrates performance

  • The chance to make an impact in a team that’s big enough for career growth, but lean enough to make your voice heard

  • Career-defining opportunities

Plus benefits designed to keep you happy, healthy and fulfilled.

  • Flexible paid time off and remote work policies

  • Equity options, because this is your company too

  • Contributions to your pension plan. Your future matters

  • Training opportunities to grow your skills and career

  • Health and wellness credit so you feel your best

  • Time off to volunteer and give back to your community

  • Interest groups, employee led networks, social committees to sponsored sports teams

  • Computer purchase program to get your personal Macbook

  • Enhanced parental leave to support growing families

Senior/Staff Product Manager, AI Features

taxdomeНа сервисе с: 03.10.26 18:07
Зарплата не указанаНе указана странаЛокация не указанаУдалёнка

About TaxDome

At TaxDome, we're building the #1 practice management platform for accounting firms in the US and globally. Founded in 2017, we've grown into a 400+ fully remote team across 40+ countries, serving tens of thousands of businesses worldwide with millions of end clients.

How we work

You'll be part of a globally distributed team built on trust, ownership, and self-management.

We focus on outcomes over activity, prioritizing clear ownership, pragmatic decision-making, and accountability for results over rigid processes. Collaboration is central to how we operate: we communicate openly, involve the right people early, and continuously improve how we build products and teams together.

About this role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager, AI Features to join our Product team and help us run the day-to-day product work on TaxDome's AI features, owning each one from spec to how it performs in production. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership, make meaningful decisions, and directly impact the quality, cost, and adoption of the AI features thousands of accounting firms rely on every day.

It's a fully remote role, we are hiring across Europe, with a preference for candidates working within CET (±3 hours).

What you'll be responsible for

  • Set the quality bar for each feature and run the eval loop with the ML and eval teams, deciding what gets tested, against what, how often, and what happens when the target isn't met.
  • Own the data and human-in-the-loop design behind each model, from where training and test data comes from and how the labeling program runs, to who reviews model output, what they can change, and how confidence thresholds and fallback behavior evolve over time.
  • Own the latency budget and unit economics of each feature, deciding whether the user waits or is told later, and tracking cost per call, per token, and per user per month as more firms adopt it.
  • Work with the growth team on packaging and pricing, and decide how each feature rolls out: who gets it first, what has to be true before it reaches more firms, and when to turn it off.
  • Own consent, disclosure, and compliance before ship, covering what we ask users, how AI output is labeled, data class and retention, sub-processor disclosure, and regional routing.
  • Own adoption end to end, from onboarding and empty states to how users discover a feature while they work, and turn interviews, community feedback, and support load into specific changes.

What you bring

Must-have

  • 5+ years in product management, including 2+ years shipping AI features, on complex multi-tenant or multi-user products such as B2B SaaS, fintech, or vertical SaaS, where you've had to decide how wrong an imperfect feature is allowed to be.
  • Hands-on with how AI evals work, for agentic systems, non-agentic LLM calls, and non-LLM models, and you know which metric fits which kind of output.
  • Fluent in agentic mechanics and their tradeoffs, tool calling, orchestration, multi-step jobs, when a human in the loop is the right answer to a model's errors, and what actually drives an AI feature's cost.
  • Able to write clearly and decide in writing, since most decisions here are made asynchronously in a document with the trade-off stated.
  • Fluent English and daily hands-on use of AI assistants as a core tool in your own workflow, not an occasional experiment.

Nice-to-have

  • Comfortable with document-heavy AI, OCR and document processing, ideally with a background in accounting, tax, legal, or another compliance-heavy industry.
  • Experience running an annotation or data-labeling program, and familiarity with an agent-to-tool protocol such as MCP.
  • Background in SaaS product analytics and experience taking an AI feature through a privacy or legal review before ship.

What we offer

At TaxDome, we aim to create an environment where people can do their best work and grow alongside the company.

  • Competitive compensation, paid in USD, transparently shared before the first interview
  • Fully remote work with flexible hours
  • 30 paid days off annually, plus sick days as needed
  • Health & well-being support
  • Learning & development budget to support your professional growth
  • English lessons reimbursement
  • Co-working space reimbursement
  • Company-provided equipment (conditions may vary depending on the role)
  • A high level of autonomy and ownership in your work
  • The opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-growing global SaaS company
  • A collaborative, international team with a strong product mindset

Upon successful completion of the interview process and acceptance of the offer to join, an employment verification check will be conducted as part of pre-boarding, confirming job titles and dates of engagement with 2 of your previous employers. This is a required step for all new joiners.

If you're excited about this opportunity and believe you could make an impact at TaxDome, we'd love to hear from you!

By applying, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed in accordance with TaxDome’s Privacy Notice.

Technical Product Owner (MobApp)

paybisНа сервисе с: 03.10.26 17:40

About Paybis

Paybis is a global fintech company in the crypto and payments space. Since 2014, we’ve been building products that help people and businesses buy, sell, and exchange cryptocurrency. We serve 8.6M+ customers across 180+ countries, operate as a self-funded company. Paybis holds MiCA CASP + PI licences from the Bank of Latvia, passporting across all 27 EU member states + EEA. Also: FinCEN registered as an MSB (US); FINTRAC registered and RPAA authorised by the Bank of Canada (Canada).

We're growing our product team and are looking for two Technical Product Owners to join us and take ownership of product streams in the payments domain.

The Role

As a Technical Product Owner at Paybis, you will own the backlog of your product stream end-to-end — from writing detailed technical requirements to driving delivery with the engineering team. This is an individual contributor role with high ownership and no direct reports.

You'll work closely with engineers, the CPO, the CIO, and cross-functional stakeholders. The core of your work is technical documentation: TRDs, BRDs, UML sequence diagrams — written independently and used directly by engineers to build.

If you thrive on turning complex payment flows into precise technical requirements, work autonomously, and enjoy being the bridge between business and engineering — this role is for you.

What You'll Be Working On

  • Own and manage the backlog of your product stream: prioritization, refinement, sprint-ready stories
  • Write Technical Requirements Documents (TRD), Business Requirements Documents (BRD), and UML sequence diagrams independently
  • Define acceptance criteria for complex features with multiple integration dependencies
  • Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the full delivery cycle
  • Participate in integration discussions with external providers at the technical level
  • Work with CPO and product managers on strategic priorities and OKRs
  • Identify gaps, proactively propose improvements, and escalate risks
  • Contribute to the team's knowledge base and documentation standards

What We're Looking For

Must have:

  • 3+ years as a Technical Product Owner, Technical PO or Senior PO in a product company
  • 2+ years in fintech or a regulated technical environment
  • Experience with MobApp application implementation at the requirements level
  • Proven ability to write TRDs independently — this is your core deliverable
  • Ability to write BRDs and UML sequence diagrams without hand-holding from engineers
  • Solid understanding of APIs and integrations: reads Swagger/OpenAPI, understands request/response flows
  • Strong backlog management: prioritization, refinement, sprint planning
  • Stakeholder management across engineering leads, business and C-level simultaneously
  • Analytical thinking: gap analysis, process mapping, requirements workshops
  • High autonomy — defines own priorities and drives outcomes without micromanagement
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • English Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to have:

  • Experience in crypto or blockchain products (exchange, wallet, on/off-ramp)
  • Knowledge of MiCA, VASP, or EU crypto regulatory frameworks
  • API-first or platform product ownership experience
  • CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or equivalent certification
  • Experience with the full Discovery-to-Delivery cycle
  • PCI DSS awareness at a product level
  • Experience with PSP integrations (Checkout.com, Stripe, Adyen, Worldpay, or similar)
  • Understanding of payment orchestration: routing rules, PSP selection, fallback logic
  • Knowledge of alternative payment methods: SEPA, SWIFT, APMs, bank transfers

What We Offer

  • Remote-first with high autonomy and minimal micromanagement
  • Work on a product used by 8.6M+ customers globally — your impact is real and visible
  • Direct collaboration with TPO Lead / CPO / PMs and engineering leadership
  • Self-funded, stable company without investor pressure
  • Fintech + crypto domain — technically complex, always evolving
  • Clear career path: IC TPO → Senior TPO → TPO Lead

Interview Process

  1. HR Interview (motivation, language, autonomy)
  2. TPO / TPO Lead (technical interview, expertise check)
  3. CPO / PM (product lifecycle management, backlog ownership)

Paybis is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants who take ownership seriously, write requirements engineers can actually build from, and want to grow in a fast-moving fintech environment.
