Description

🤓 TripleTen is an EdTech company that designs and runs tech career learning programs for the US and Latin American markets. We've been doing it for over five years, teaching complete beginners — people with no prior tech background — through cohort-based programs built on our own platform and curriculum, developed in partnership with Nebius AI. Our team is fully remote and globally distributed, and we serve a large, active student base across both regions.

We're looking for a CRM Systems & Automation Manager to own our customer-facing systems and automate operational processes across Student Onboarding and Student Success.

This is a cross-functional role combining business analysis, process design, system administration, and technical implementation. You'll work closely with Product, Operations, Engineering, and external vendors to build scalable workflows, reduce manual work, optimize software costs, and ensure our systems run reliably.

What you will do
  • Own and continuously improve our CRM ecosystem, primarily HubSpot and Planhat.

  • Exposure to SaaS or EdTech environments.
What we can offer you
  • High autonomy to explore, test, and improve processes.
  • Competitive compensation.
  • Fully remote collaboration.
  • Work alongside an experienced, global professional team.
  • A digital office — we use modern tools (Notion, Miro, Slack, Figma) to keep collaboration smooth.
  • Professional trust and autonomy — no micromanaging.

Flow Enablement Coach

Зарплата не указанаНе указана странаЛокация не указанаУдалёнка

About TaxDome

At TaxDome, we're building the #1 practice management platform for accounting firms in the US and globally. Founded in 2017, we've grown into a 400+ fully remote team across 40+ countries, serving tens of thousands of businesses worldwide with millions of end clients.

How we work

You'll be part of a globally distributed team built on trust, ownership, and self-management.

We focus on outcomes over activity, prioritizing clear ownership, pragmatic decision-making, and accountability for results over rigid processes. Collaboration is central to how we operate: we communicate openly, involve the right people early, and continuously improve how we build products and teams together.

About this role

We seek an experienced Flow Enablement Coach to strengthen delivery health within a product development Cluster and help its Pods — small, cross-functional groups that form around a delivery goal — find their own sustainable working rhythm. This role is an evolution of the traditional Agile Coach: we've moved away from framework adoption and process compliance toward flow, delivery health, and the human dynamics that drive sustainable performance in the Agentic Development era.

Our R&D organization is in the middle of an AI transformation, moving to a model where Clusters operate through Pods, so a growth mindset is essential — you should be excited to rethink how coaching works in the organization as it moves toward Agentic Development, where AI agents work alongside engineers as part of the workflow. You'll be embedded in one Cluster as its dedicated FEC, reporting to the Head of Agile Coaching / Flow Enablement, and part of a small team of coaches who share practices and learnings across the R&D organization.

The ideal candidate is a signal reader who detects systemic impediments before they become blockers, and who understands what's happening underneath the metrics — psychological safety, energy shifts, and friction that doesn't show up on a dashboard. We expect their approach to be grounded in flow thinking, evidence-based improvement, and genuine care for the people doing the work. They should independently identify emerging problems and work with Pods, Product Managers, and the Cluster Engineering Manager to resolve them.

It's a fully remote role, we are hiring across European timezones.

Objectives of this role

  • Serve as a reliable partner to Product Managers, Cluster Engineering Managers, and Pods in their efforts to maintain healthy flow, manage WIP, and sustain delivery momentum.
  • Detect systemic impediments within the Cluster early — by reading signals in flow metrics, Pod interactions, and the gaps between what people say and what the data shows.
  • Support Pods through change by providing context, building shared understanding, and creating feedback loops that make the impact of change visible.
  • Strengthen psychological safety and open dialogue within Pods, helping surface friction, energy shifts, and blockers that don't appear in dashboards.
  • Champion evidence-based improvement: help Pods use flow metrics (Cycle Time, Throughput, WIP age) to make better decisions about how they work.
  • Lead the local Org Design adaptation, identifying impediments that undermine Cluster performance, and proactively suggesting sustainable solutions.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Own Delivery Health within your Cluster: monitor flow, WIP discipline, and momentum; raise risks and patterns to leadership when needed.
  • Help Pods find their own working rhythm rather than prescribing a specific framework or process.
  • Coach and support Product Managers, Cluster Engineering Managers, and Pod members on flow-based ways of working.
  • Facilitate key Cluster and Pod events, retrospectives, and alignment sessions, ensuring an atmosphere of honest conversation and actionable outcomes.
  • Apply Systems Thinking to identify root causes of recurring delivery problems and support Pods in resolving them.
  • Work with flow and process metrics — collecting, analyzing, automating, and making them actionable for Pods and stakeholders.
  • Support organizational change initiatives within R&D, helping the Cluster navigate transitions and new operating models.
  • Collaborate with management on team composition, Pod formation, and cross-team coordination when delivery structures evolve.
  • Maintain objectivity when addressing issues — surface uncomfortable truths constructively, without taking sides.
  • Take ownership of outcomes, not tasks — proactively identify what needs to happen, drive it forward, and make your impact visible to stakeholders without being asked.

What you bring

Must-have

  • 4+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, Flow Coach, Delivery Manager, or Scrum Master in a role focused on delivery health and team effectiveness.
  • 6+ years of experience in software product development companies.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and evolving organizational structures; experience supporting people through change.
  • Strong understanding of flow-based approaches (Kanban, flow metrics, WIP management), scaling patterns (KMM, LeSS, FaST) and how to apply them in practice.
  • Experience reading and acting on delivery metrics: Cycle Time, Throughput, WIP age, flow efficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to detect systemic issues within and across Pods and facilitate their resolution.
  • Strong coaching and facilitation skills — able to guide Clusters, Pods and individuals toward their own solutions without prescribing answers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of traditional SDLC and ideas on how agentic development patterns change it.
  • Experience with flow analytics tooling (DX, Jira dashboards, LLM-based automated dashboards, or similar).
  • Strong sense of ownership and follow-through — you make commitments and deliver on them, and you course-correct openly when something isn't working.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (LLM-based assistants, automation workflows) to improve both personal and Pod productivity. Willingness to actively experiment with and adopt new AI-powered tooling.

Nice-to-have

  • Relevant certifications (KMP, PSK, CLP, Anthropic Academy, DeepLearning.AI, or equivalent).
  • Work experience in SaaS companies during periods of active growth and scaling.
  • Practical experience with AI-assisted development environments and automation frameworks (e.g., Claude Code/Cowork, RAG pipelines, MCP integrations, or equivalent). Understanding of how AI adoption changes team dynamics, delivery patterns, and coaching approaches.
  • Computer Science degree or engineering background.

What we offer

At TaxDome, we aim to create an environment where people can do their best work and grow alongside the company.
  • Competitive compensation, paid in USD, transparently shared before the first interview
  • Performance-based internal incentive plan
  • Fully remote work with flexible hours
  • 30 paid days off annually, plus sick days as needed
  • Health & well-being support
  • Learning & development budget to support your professional growth
  • English lessons reimbursement
  • Co-working space reimbursement
  • Company-provided equipment (conditions may vary depending on the role)
  • A high level of autonomy and ownership in your work
  • The opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-growing global SaaS company
  • A collaborative, international team with a strong product mindset
Upon successful completion of the interview process and acceptance of the offer to join, an employment verification check will be conducted as part of pre-boarding — confirming job titles and dates of engagement with 2 of your previous employers. This is a required step for all new joiners.

If you're excited about this opportunity and believe you could make an impact at TaxDome, we'd love to hear from you!

Senior AI Engineer (Automation & Internal Tools)

About TaxDome

At TaxDome, we’re building the #1 practice management platform for accounting firms in the US and globally. Founded in 2017, we’ve grown into a 400+ fully remote team across 40+ countries, serving tens of thousands of businesses worldwide with millions of end clients.

How we work

You’ll be part of a globally distributed team built on trust, ownership, and self-management.
We focus on outcomes over activity — prioritizing clear ownership, pragmatic decision-making, and accountability for results over rigid processes. Collaboration is central to how we operate: we communicate openly, involve the right people early, and continuously improve how we build products and teams together.

About this role

We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to help us scale faster by designing and running production AI services - RAG-powered assistants, MCP servers, AI agents - and building smart automations for our teams. You'll choose the right tool for each problem, from Python services to low-code platforms like n8n, designing solutions that save time and boost efficiency.
This is a hands-on senior role: you'll own solutions end to end - from scoping a business problem and choosing the architecture, to building and integrating it, to shipping it securely and operating it. The role is as much about engineering judgment - deciding what to build, why, and with which trade-offs - as about building itself.
It's a fully remote role, we are hiring across the EU, with a preference for candidates working within CET (±3 hours).

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Lead discussions on business challenges and propose solutions using LLMs, AI agents, custom services, or low-code tools - whichever fits best.
  • Make and document architecture and tooling decisions: code vs low-code, build vs buy, model selection - with explicit cost, latency, security, and maintainability trade-offs.
  • Design, build, and operate production Python services - including our retrieval-grounded assistant with RAG, database, auth, and CI.
  • Build and tune RAG pipelines: embeddings, vector search, and retrieval quality evaluation.
  • Design, build, and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers that connect internal tools, data sources, and APIs to LLMs and AI agents.
  • Design, configure, and maintain AI agents for internal projects - including tool-calling, orchestration, and multi-step agentic workflows.
  • Build and maintain automations in n8n.
  • Design, test, and optimize prompts and multi-step prompt chains, including systematic evaluation (evals) of prompt and pipeline quality.
  • Optimize cost and performance of AI workloads: caching, latency profiling, choosing the right model per task, token budgeting, basic load testing.
  • Use AI coding agents as a primary implementation tool: decompose problems into well-specified tasks, review and validate generated code, and keep the bar on tests, security, and maintainability.
  • Integrate external and internal services through REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth flows.
  • Build internal MVP tools on top of generative models to validate business hypotheses.
  • Research, evaluate, and implement new automation and AI tools; run pilot projects with generative models.
  • Maintain a structured prompt and workflow library, and document solutions for maintainability and handoff.
  • Apply sound data-handling and security practices when working with internal systems, customer data, and credentials.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand needs and deliver impactful, reliable solutions.
Example project: building a feedback hub that collects and processes user feedback from multiple sources (CRM, surveys, forums, call recordings) into a single dashboard.

What you bring

Must-have

  • 5+ years in IT overall, including 2+ years hands-on building applications, agents, and automations on top of LLMs - applying generative AI to real products and business tasks — and demonstrated seniority owning solutions end to end.
  • Python - solid backend engineering: designing services, working with databases and APIs, writing tests, comfortable with Git, containers, and CI/CD. Not just scripting or extending existing automations.
  • Hands-on experience with RAG and retrieval: embeddings, vector databases, tuning retrieval quality.
  • Databases: SQL (Postgres) and key-value (Redis); familiarity with vector search (pgvector or similar).
  • Experience building and operating AI agents and agentic workflows (tool-calling, orchestration); solid understanding of LLM principles, AI workflow design, and multi-step prompt chains.
  • Demonstrated ability to justify technical decisions and reason about trade-offs (cost, latency, security, complexity) - not just implement what's asked.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development workflows (Claude Code or similar); able to stay accountable for the quality of agent-generated code.
  • Sound data-handling and security awareness (credentials, tokens, PII, access scopes).
  • Self-driven, curious, and proactive in experimenting with new tools and technologies.
  • English - Fluent: able to lead professional communication, handle correspondence, and participate fully in work meetings in English.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience designing and building MCP servers (otherwise we expect a fast ramp on MCP).
  • Experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n, Make, or similar).
  • Experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, or other AI APIs.
  • Experience integrating third-party services (Jira, Slack, Google, HubSpot, etc.) via REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth flows.
  • Experience with LLM observability and eval tooling (Langfuse, promptfoo, or similar).
  • Experience running services on managed container PaaS platforms.
  • Background in text/data processing.
  • Experience with Google Workspace API, Slack API, CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with data/security governance frameworks relevant to internal tooling.

What Success Looks Like

  • First 90 days: ramp on our stack (n8n, Python services, Postgres/pgvector, Redis, our PaaS), ship one meaningful automation or AI tool into production, document it, and make at least one documented architecture decision (e.g., code vs low-code for a real task).
  • First 6-12 months: own a portfolio of live automations, agents, and MCP integrations; establish reusable patterns and a well-maintained prompt/workflow library; measurably reduce manual effort across the teams you support and demonstrably optimize the cost/latency of at least one AI workload.
