Ищем Senior/Senior+ DevOps Engineer в команду маркетплейса цифровых товаров.
Стек:
Kubernetes, Nginx, PostgreSQL, KVM/libvirt/Proxmox, шифрование, Kafka, Redis, ClickHouse, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus, CephFS.
Для автоматизации используем Python, Bash, JS.
Чем шире технический кругозор и глубже опыт — тем лучше. Готовы рассматривать overqualified кандидатов и обсуждать соответствующие условия.
Что предстоит делать
- поддерживать и развивать production-инфраструктуру;
- работать с Kubernetes и сопутствующей инфраструктурой;
- разбирать сложные production-инциденты и находить первопричины;
- заниматься производительностью, отказоустойчивостью и масштабированием;
- работать с PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, ClickHouse, Elasticsearch и другими инфраструктурными компонентами;
- развивать мониторинг и observability через Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana и Elasticsearch;
- работать с виртуализацией и storage;
- автоматизировать рутинные операции;
- взаимодействовать с разработчиками и доводить инфраструктурные задачи до результата.
Что важно
- ищем не DevOps «для настройки пайплайнов и отчётности», а сильного инженера, который способен самостоятельно разобраться с проблемой и довести её до решения.
- уверенное знание Kubernetes;
- сильный Linux / infrastructure background;
- опыт с PostgreSQL;
- опыт с KVM/libvirt/Proxmox или аналогичной виртуализацией;
- понимание сетей, storage и безопасности;
- опыт production troubleshooting;
- Prometheus/Grafana и другие инструменты observability;
- Bash/Python;
- способность самостоятельно принимать технические решения.
- Опыт с Kafka, Redis, ClickHouse, Elasticsearch, CephFS, CI/CD, IaC и highload будет большим плюсом.

Команды небольшие, решения принимаются максимально близко к разработке и продукту.
DevOps у нас — инженерная функция, а не сервис по производству отчётности. Не строим работу вокруг KPI ради KPI и не создаём лишнюю бюрократию между разработчиками, продуктом и инфраструктурой.
Нужен человек, который видит проблему, сам её разбирает и доводит решение до результата.
Условия
- $5 000–8 000 в месяц в зависимости от опыта и навыков;
- выплата дважды в месяц: 5-го — основная часть, 20-го — аванс;
- криптовалюта
- удалённая работа;
- оплачиваемый отпуск — 2 × 14 дней в год;
- мини-отпуска и отгулы при хороших результатах;
- испытательный срок — 1 месяц;
- после испытательного срока — полный расчёт по согласованной вилке и зачисление в штат;
- оборудование, график, подписки, процессы, бонусы и on-call обсуждаем индивидуально.
Релокация в LATAM
Помогаем финансово, юридически и консультационно.
Рабочую визу напрямую не оформляем.
Язык
Русский — основной язык коммуникации внутри команды.
Английский нужен преимущественно для работы с технической документацией, поэтому достаточно базового уровня.
