DataOps Engineer (Python, Java)

Nitka Technologies develops software for customers in the US and Europe and brings together about 300 professionals from Eastern Europe, North and South America, Armenia, Georgia and Kazakhstan.

We are looking for an experienced DataOps Engineer for a long-term project. The customer is a company in California, an industry leader in the sale of tickets to events in Europe and the USA.

We offer 100% remote, full-time work with a flexible schedule.

Tasks:

• Support for data warehouses and ETL processes
• Support for infrastructure and tools for developing and running ETL processes
• Monitoring the performance of infrastructure and services, optimizing performance
• Analysis of technical problems and participation in their solution
• Interaction with a team from the USA (daily calls)

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in developing and supporting ETL processes
• Excellent knowledge of SQL
• Experience with any scripting language (python, perl, ...) or a development language (java, c++, c#, ...) at the level of creating/editing small scripts
• Experience with one of the Task Schedulers/Orchestrator (Rundeck, Airflow, SQL Activity Monitor, etc)
• An additional plus will be experience with BigData, Databricks, Spark, Hadoop
• Experience with AWS services(S3, Lambda, Secret manager etc.) will be a pluss
• Nice to have experience with MFT tools (GoAnyWhere or any other)
• Strong spoken English (Intermediate level and higher)

ГКУ «Ресурсы Ямала» — оператор цифровой инфраструктуры Ямало-Ненецкого автономного округа: региональный дата-центр, сети органов власти и государственные информационные системы региона.

Доход (все суммы до вычета НДФЛ)

• гарантированно 104 000 ₽ в месяц: оклад, районный коэффициент и северная надбавка по 80% с первого дня работы
• за результат: ежемесячная надбавка за интенсивность и премии по итогам квартала и года. Их размер не фиксирован и зависит от вашего вклада и результатов работы
• при отличных результатах доход может достигать 286 000 ₽ в месяц. Сотрудники с сильными результатами на таких должностях сейчас получают от 208 000 ₽

Что за работа

Вы отвечаете за работу государственных информационных систем округа: ЕПС, ЕСВ, Тезис, ЕПД, Р7, СКИТ, ELMA365.

• заявки и инциденты по ГИС в рамках SLA
• администрирование PostgreSQL и MS SQL: резервное копирование, репликация, производительность
• релизы и изменения: сервисные окна, откаты
• веб-серверы и балансировщики (nginx, HAProxy), сертификаты, DNS
• узлы IP-телефонии (IP-АТС, SIP)

Соотношение эксплуатации и развития зависит от вас. Кто готов брать больше, тот больше занимается платформой: CI/CD на GitLab, GitOps, мониторинг (Prometheus, Grafana), автоматизация и интеграции, в том числе через СМЭВ.

Если вы сопровождаете ГИС или СУБД в другом учреждении, это та же работа, только в масштабе округа.

Кого ищем

• от года опыта в администрировании Linux, СУБД или в эксплуатации информационных систем
• PostgreSQL на уровне администратора
• уверенная работа с Linux
• скрипты на Bash или Python
• высшее техническое или ИТ-образование

Будет плюсом

• MS SQL
• GitLab CI и Ansible
• Prometheus, Grafana или Zabbix
• опыт сопровождения Тезиса, ELMA, Р7 или других ГИС
• СМЭВ
• IP-телефония

Условия

• должность по штатному расписанию — ведущий инженер
• компенсация аренды жилья: фактические расходы по договору найма, но не более 28 736 ₽ в месяц, если ни у вас, ни у ваших родственников нет жилья в Салехарде
• обучение и сертификации за счёт организации
• дежурств нет; редкие аварийные вызовы во внеурочное время оплачиваются по ТК РФ, за ненормированный рабочий день положены дополнительные дни отпуска
