Обязанности:
- Проектирование и реализация решений на платформе Optimacros в проектах внедрения IBP/CPM
- Проектирование процессов бюджетирования и планирования для производственных предприятий
- Разработка бюджетных моделей P&L, Cash Flow, функциональных бюджетов, вспомогательных и операционных бюджетов
- Проектирование и реализация моделей S&OP / IBP, управления цепочками поставок и УТЗ
- Проектирование и реализация моделей аллокаций
- Проектирование и реализация моделей консолидации
- Проектирование интеграций между Optimacros и внешними системами, включая 1С и другие ERP, DWH и BI, CRM, SRM, MES, APS
- Проектирование входящих и исходящих интеграционных потоков, витрин данных, загрузки мастер-данных и фактических данных
- Постановка и реализация линейных и нелинейных оптимизационных задач на платформе
- Реализация эвристических и метаэвристических алгоритмов на платформе с использованием коммерческих солверов, Optimacros и Python
- Управление командой проекта
- Проведение интервью с бизнес-пользователями финансового, планово-экономического и логистического блоков
- Сбор и фиксация бизнес-требований
- Подготовка архитектурных схем и технических заданий
- Подготовка пользовательских инструкций
- Подготовка описаний моделей и проектной отчётности
Требования:
- Опыт работы в роли ведущего специалиста или архитектора в проектах внедрения IBP/CPM на базе Optimacros от 5 лет
- Опыт участия в 2–3 крупных проектах полного цикла
- Знание и практический опыт моделирования и проектирования процессов бюджетирования и планирования производственных предприятий
- Опыт реализации бюджетных моделей P&L, Cash Flow, функциональных, вспомогательных и операционных бюджетов
- Опыт реализации моделей S&OP / IBP, управления цепочками поставок и УТЗ
- Опыт реализации моделей аллокаций
- Опыт реализации моделей консолидации
- Опыт проектирования интеграций Optimacros с внешними системами, включая 1С и другие ERP, DWH и BI, CRM, SRM, MES, APS
- Опыт работы с входящими и исходящими интеграционными потоками, витринами данных, мастер-данными и фактическими данными
- Опыт постановки и реализации линейных и нелинейных оптимизационных задач

- Опыт управления командой
- Навык проведения интервью с бизнес-пользователями финансового, планово-экономического и логистического блоков

- Clear written communication, careful QA, and comfort working asynchronously with a distributed team
Nice to have:
- Snowflake, SQL, dbt Core, or experience working with analytics engineers and governed data models
- Domo administration, dataflows, governance, or certification
