Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, screen, and interview candidates for mid-to-senior level positions; design onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration and reduced time-to-productivity for new hires.
- Interview Coordination & Offboarding: Lead structured interviews, align panel feedback, extend formal offers, manage candidate pipeline, and coordinate exit interviews and offboarding protocols.
- HR Administration & Compliance: Oversee complete personnel record-keeping (digital and physical), maintain individual employment files, and prepare all employment contracts, amendments, and legal documentation.
- Time & Absence Tracking: Monitor employee working hours, oversee leave balances (vacation, sick leave, unpaid time off), and maintain accurate timekeeping records for legal compliance.
- Employee Relations & Advisory: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, mediate workplace conflicts, and resolve daily HR issues while fostering a positive work environment.
- Payroll, Compensation & KPI Support: Partner with Finance to process monthly payroll inputs, calculate commissions, bonuses, and perform quarterly KPI evaluations.
- Learning & Development (L&D): Identify organizational skill gaps, coordinate internal and external training programs, and monitor employee development plans.
- HR Analytics & Database Management: Maintain up-to-date entries in the HRIS/database, generate regular metrics reports (headcount, turnover, recruitment velocity), and present insights to management.
- Policy Enforcement & Labor Law Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to corporate policies, update employee handbooks, and guarantee compliance with local labor legislation.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in generalist HR roles, talent acquisition, or HR administration.
- Labor Law & Administrative Proficiency: Solid understanding of local labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Technical & Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data modeling) and familiarity with HRIS platforms.
