We are looking for a experienced Recruiter to join our People Operations team and help us attract and hire talented professionals across different functions and markets.
Our team consists of three Recruiters and one Recruitment Lead. We all work remotely from different locations, but that doesn’t stop us from staying closely connected every day, backing each other up, and keeping up with all the latest company updates. This role is open because one of our Recruiters is moving into a new role within the People team. We’re very happy to support their career growth and development, and we’re proud that Muse Group provides opportunities for people to grow and explore new career paths within the company.
While each Recruiter has their main responsibilities, we all have a wide range of skills and knowledge, so we can easily support each other when needed. We also work on different projects and initiatives within the team, which gives us plenty of opportunities to contribute beyond our day-to-day recruitment work.
Who we’re looking for:
Experience recruiting for AI/ML, Data, or other AI-related roles would be a strong plus, as would be a good understanding of the current AI talent market and the skills and profiles in this space.
