As we continue to grow, I'm looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer who wants to become a long-term technical partner and help build an international consulting business.

💻 Who We're Looking For

✅ 5+ years of backend development experience

✅ Strong expertise in:

* Node.js / NestJS
* Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask)
* REST APIs & Microservices
* PostgreSQL / MySQL
* Redis
* Docker & Kubernetes
* AWS, Azure, or GCP

✅ Experience designing scalable and reliable backend systems

✅ Understanding of cloud architecture and modern software engineering practices

✅ Strong English communication skills

✅ Ability to work directly with international clients

✅ Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building a company

* Designing and developing scalable backend systems
* Building APIs and microservices for client projects
* Participating in architecture and technical discussions
* Working with cloud infrastructure and DevOps teams
* Supporting project estimation and technical planning
* Helping grow a technology consulting company from the ground up
