Мы работаем в трех направлениях:
1. Автоматизация управленческой отчетности (BI) в малом и среднем бизнесе. Строим хранилища данных, настраиваем сбор и интеграцию, разрабатываем отчеты и дэшборды. Наш стек в BI включает все современные инструменты, в том числе open-source ПО.
2. Заказная разработка аналитических систем. Когда у нашего клиента есть специфичный запрос, мы разрабатываем аналитические системы с нуля. Часто применяем подходы BigData, Data Science, актуальные подходы к программному анализу данных и прогнозированию.
3. Запуск и ресурсное обеспечение команд разработки в комплексных проектах цифровой трансформации. Мы усиливаем команды наших партнеров и клиентов собственными сотрудниками и обеспечиваем максимально быстрый старт новых проектов. Среди наших заказчиков - крупные системные интеграторы, банки, нефтегазовые, химические производства, логистические компании, стартапы.
Сейчас мы приглашаем опытного Техлидера в области разработки DWH на проектную основу!
Чем предстоит заниматься:-
Контроль доступности и работоспособности ИС, её компонентов, инфраструктуры и интеграционных связей.

Настройка и совершенствование систем мониторинга и алертинга.
-
Анализ инцидентов, логов и результатов автоматизированных проверок качества данных.
-
Разработка и поддержка ETL-процессов и витрин данных.
-
Проведение код-ревью, согласование MR и контроль соответствия архитектурным требованиям.
-
Декомпозиция задач, оценка трудозатрат и распределение загрузки в команде.
-
Приёмка документации — функциональной, технической и сервисной.
-
Ведение admin guide, паспорта ИС, базы знаний и эксплуатационных регламентов.
-
Поддержка ролевой модели и соблюдение требований ИБ.
-
Приёмка изменений, установка релизов и пост-релизные проверки.
-
Участие в DR-тестировании.
-
Координация устранения критичных инцидентов и маршрутизация смежных обращений.
-
Навык оценки объёма работ и распределения задач между участниками команды;
-
Знание критериев качества данных: полнота, согласованность, актуальность;
-
Опыт описания правил качества данных в виде проверок и технической документации;
-
Хорошее владение SQL;
-
Практика работы с Oracle и PostgreSQL;
-
Опыт построения ETL-процессов;
-
Опыт создания витрин данных;
-
Базовые навыки Python и Pandas;
-
Начальный уровень работы с Apache Airflow;
-
Опыт проведения код-ревью и согласования merge request'ов;
-
Опыт сопровождения и мониторинга ИС, инфраструктуры и интеграционных взаимодействий;

Опыт настройки или доработки мониторинга;
-
Опыт разбора инцидентов в системах обработки и контроля качества данных;

Участие в релизном процессе и установке релизов;
-
Работа с ролевыми моделями и требованиями ИБ;

Участие в DR-тестировании;
-
Ведение сервисной, функциональной и технической документации.

Опыт работы с Informatica ETL;

Опыт работы с FineBI;

Сопровождение систем контроля качества данных;

Работа с системами регистрации и маршрутизации инцидентов.
