Assistant SEO Manager

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to build our organic presence from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to own the entire SEO function — strategy, execution, and results.

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute a scalable global SEO strategy.
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits and drive implementation with the Product/Engineering team.
• Generate and validate SEO growth hypotheses.
• Build and manage a structured content production process (hire and manage copywriters, create briefs, ensure content quality).
• Develop and execute a link-building strategy.
• Track and analyze organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Proven experience with international SEO projects across CIS, US, EU, and LATAM markets.
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and link building.
• Advanced knowledge of AI and SEO tools (such as Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, and SEMrush).
• Strong analytical skills and a high level of ownership.
• Experience managing copywriters and scaling content production.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher.
• Experience with Webflow will be a plus.

В 2024/25 году 102 наших ученика стали призёрами и победителями перечневых олимпиад, из них 12 победителей ВсОШ.

У каждого предметного направления школы есть свои соцсети, SMM-менеджер, дизайнер и монтажёр. И мы ищем человека, который сведёт продвижение всех направлений в одну картину и выстроит платный трафик, результат которого станет виден в количестве лидов.

Задачи маркетолога:

Бесплатное продвижение:

• координировать выполнение контент-плана СММ-специалистами по направлениям: сроки выхода постов, статей, коротких видео.
• координировать выход коротких видео по направлениям

Платное продвижение:

• Подбирать каналы для рекламы и запускать кампании в согласованном бюджете

Статистика и учет количества лидов по каждому направлению.

Ожидаем, что вы:

• запускали рекламу хотя бы в одном формате: закупка в Telegram, рекламный кабинет, работа с блогерами с успешным результатом
• умеете считать стоимость заявки и окупаемость или готовы быстро этому научиться;
• обязательны и исполнительны
• умеете договариваться с людьми внутри своего отдела и вне его.

Будет плюсом:

• опыт работы в онлайн-школе или EdTech, понимание аудитории школьников и их родителей;
• собственные проекты, в которые вы приводили трафик;
• опыт продвижения через короткие видео (TikTok, VK Клипы).
