В COSMODECOR требуется сильный и быстрый графический дизайнер для работы с интерьерными картинами и декоративными панно

Обязанности

• создавать дизайны картин и панно
• разрабатывать новые коллекции и визуальные концепции
• дорабатывать изображения, в том числе созданные с помощью ИИ
• создавать мокапы в интерьере
• адаптировать дизайны под разные размеры
• подготавливать макеты к печати и производству
• работать с растровой и векторной графикой
• создавать коммерческие визуалы и карточки товаров

Требования

• профессиональное владение графическими программами
• отличное владение векторной графикой: CorelDRAW / Adobe Illustrator или аналогами
• хорошее знание Photoshop
• высокая скорость работы без потери качества
• хорошее чувство композиции, цвета и современного дизайна
• понимание подготовки макетов к печати и производству
• умение работать в связке с менеджером, быстро понимать задачу клиента, вносить правки и доводить заказ до готового результата
• спокойно воспринимать правки и уметь работать в команде
• готовность к большому объёму задач и быстрым правкам
• ответственность и соблюдение сроков
• опыт работы с AI-инструментами будет большим плюсом

Условия работы

• Работа в офисе в Алматы
• График 6/1
• Заработная плата: 350 000–450 000 ₸ в зависимости от опыта, скорости и уровня дизайнера
• Работа в команде с менеджерами и производством
• Возможность участвовать в разработке новых коллекций COSMODECOR

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into strong, modern visuals and is excited to grow with an international team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create designs for social media, presentations, and marketing materials;
• Develop visual concepts and adapt designs for different formats and platforms;
• Work with the company’s brand identity and maintain a consistent visual style;
• Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments;
• Make timely revisions and prepare visual materials for ongoing projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Graphic Designer;
• Strong skills in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools;
• A strong visual sense and understanding of current design trends;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
• Independence, responsibility, and attention to detail;
• A portfolio is required.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working on international projects;
• Motion design and/or video editing skills;
• English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Producing high-converting video and graphic designs for Meta and Instagram ads, emails, and landing pages that drive results for clients
• Closely collaborating with SMM Specialists and other creators to brainstorm new ideas and receive feedback on the performance of your designs, allowing you to continuously optimise your work
• Managing multiple projects for different brands simultaneously, delivering quality designs on time and with attention to detail, ensuring that all clients' needs are met

Requirements

• 3 years of experience working with performance graphic design, ideally within an agency setting
• Strong expertise working in the Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere & After Effects
• Experience working with static designs as well as motion design for paid social and organic channels
• You have the drive to learn all the time and solve any problem that's thrown at you
• You have an eye for detail and ensure that your work is of the highest quality
• You are organised and are able to manage multiple projects at once to meet all deadlines
• A self-starter who can take initiative and make their ideas happen
• You are interested in digital marketing
