Go Software Engineer (Fintech, Go) Middle+/Senior

Location: Limassol, Cyprus — Office

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled software engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design and implement pricing models, develop valuation algorithms, implement distributed communication systems, and automate processes that drive our core products. You’ll work closely with quantitative analysts and developers to turn ideas into production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable pricing formulas and asset valuation algorithms.
• Integrate with external APIs — including undocumented or partially documented endpoints.
• Parse and extract data from web sources when necessary.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code primarily in Go; Python knowledge is a plus.
• Ensure that implementations are robust, reliable, and performant in production environments.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy and analytical thinking.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts and other engineers to deliver innovative solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid programming experience, with at least a noticeable chunk of it in Go; familiarity with Python is a bonus.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Ability to parse and process partially structured information.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills; comfortable working independently on open-ended tasks.
• Previous experience in fintech or market data retrieval and analysis is a plus, but not mandatory.
