ПКО Вернём работает с 2013 года. За это время мы пошли навстречу десяткам тысяч клиентов и нашли оптимальный способ решения их финансовых вопросов с максимальной выгодой для них.
Мы ведем собственную разработку и сопровождение ключевых сервисов (несколько web-приложений на .NET, мобильные приложения, внутренняя автоматизация на 1С и сторонних кастомизируемых приложениях), реализуем интеграции с многими сторонними сервисами.
В связи с расширением пула задач приглашаем в команду Бизнес-аналитика для работы с проектами в 1C.
Чем предстоит заниматься:
- Анализировать существующие бизнес-процессы компании на базе «1С:Предприятие 8», выявлять точки роста и проектировать целевые процессы с учетом автоматизации.
- Работа с заказчиками, сбор и формализация требований, приоритизация, оценка бизнес-ценности.
- Разбираться в сложной предметной области (судебное урегулирование задолженности), изучать текущую логику работы системы и формировать целостное понимание процесса.
- Детальное проектирование интеграций, интерфейсов, логики работы модулей, написание четких и однозначных ТЗ для разработчиков.
- Способность «замкнуть цикл»: от бизнес-проблемы -> через анализ процесса -> к техническому решению в 1С или смежной системе.
Наши ожидания от кандидата:
- Опыт работы бизнес- или системным аналитиком от 3 лет.
- Опыт анализа и автоматизации сложных бизнес-процессов.
- Опыт работы с 1С (не обязательно типовыми конфигурациями), понимание архитектуры платформы и принципов построения решений.
- Навыки создания понятных и структурированных артефактов (Модели процессов, Пользовательские сценарии (User Story, Use Case), таблицы решений.
- Понимание технологий обмена (REST API, txt/json-файлы).
- Системное и структурное мышление.
- Проактивность и аналитический склад ума.

Отличные коммуникативные навыки и опыт работы на стыке между бизнесом и разработкой.
- Опыт полного цикла управления проектами: от сбора требований и постановки задачи разработчикам до координации внедрения, тестирования и подготовки итоговой документации.
- Умение самостоятельно принимать решения.
- Будет преимуществом опыт работы с сильно кастомизированными или самописными информационными системами.
