Сейчас в рамках расширения штата в нашу команду маркетинга требуется талантливый и опытный SEO-специалист уровня middle/senior!

Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • Проведение систематического SEO-аудита сайта: анализ конкурентов, выявление точек роста и формирование стратегии продвижения;

  • Технический аудит сайта и контроль за изменениями;

  • Работа с контентом: подготовка нового контента, оптимизация существующего;

  • Мониторинг текущих позиций сайта по целевым поисковым ключам.

Мы ожидаем:

  • Письменный английский язык на уровне B2-С1;
  • Опыт на аналогичной должности от 3 лет;
  • Разработка SEO-стратегии;
  • Практический опыт разработки семантического ядра;
  • Практический опыт закупки бэклинков;
  • Практический опыт с зарубежными поисковиками;
  • Опыт управления дизайнерами, копирайтерами, линкбилдерами;
  • Умение эффективно работать с инструментами искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) для решения профессиональных задач.

Будет плюсом:

  • Опыт работы в финтех-сфере с пониманием ее специфики.

You will be responsible for
• Marketing strategy for Yandex Afisha and other services, including developing a quarterly and annual marketing strategy for Yandex Afisha with positioning, key messages, and campaign planning • Prioritizing synergies between Yandex services, developing and launching cross-service initiatives (joint offers, bundles, shared campaigns) and measuring their impact on service use • Launching full-cycle campaigns (OOH, digital, in-app) from idea and brief to implementation and performance evaluation, including media planning, budgeting, agency collaboration, and quality control • Collaborating with the product teams of multiple services to synchronize priorities and launches, coordinate joint initiatives, and advocate for marketing positions • Launching and positioning new services entering the Qazaqstan market • Market and audience analysis, transforming data into hypotheses and initiatives, and adapting campaigns and materials to the local context
You might be a fit if you have
• 5+ years experience in marketing, including a significant portion in brand or integrated marketing • Experience leading a department autonomously, making decisions on strategy, media splits, and budgets, with responsibility for results, not just completing briefs • Launched full-cycle campaigns and managed agencies, including briefs, tenders, budgets, execution control, and performance evaluation • Experience with cross-functional teams and confidence collaborating with product and analytics teams and partners to bring joint projects to launch • The ability to research the market and user base, and interpret data and transform it into clear hypotheses and initiatives • Confidence managing multiple projects simultaneously, setting clear objectives, and achieving results • An independent, energetic mindset with responsibility for results It's a plus if you: • Have experience in marketing entertainment, e-commerce, or service products (tickets, events, media, superapps) • Have experience launching cross-product or partnership initiatives • Have experience with brand tracking and research
