- Own and execute a scalable global SEO strategy.
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits and drive implementation with the Product/Engineering team.
- Generate and validate SEO growth hypotheses.
- Build and manage a structured content production process (hire and manage copywriters, create briefs, ensure content quality).
- Develop and execute a link-building strategy.
- Track and analyze organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Proven experience with international SEO projects across CIS, US, EU, and LATAM markets.
- Strong expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and link building.
- Advanced knowledge of AI and SEO tools (such as Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, and SEMrush).
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of ownership.
- Experience managing copywriters and scaling content production.
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher.
- Experience with Webflow will be a plus.
