About the Role

We are seeking an experienced executive communications leader who will shape and deliver creative strategic internal communications for a fast-growing global organization. This role will translate complex business and organizational changes into clear, inspiring narratives; build alignment around a shared vision; and create a steady communications cadence that strengthens trust, engagement, and retention. 

This position reports to Global Internal Communications and supports the Global Products and Technology function to develop clear day-to-day and programmatic communications aligning employees around strategy, priorities, and ways of working.

What You'll Do 

• Work directly with the President, Global Products and Technology to shape the department narrative and communicate strategy, priorities, progress, and changes to the broader Global Products and Technology organization. 
• Create and deliver multi-channel communications including the President, Global Products and Technology emails, newsletters, intranet and Teams posts, Global Products and Technology all hands, AMAs, video messages, presentations, FAQs, and manager talking points. 
• Write creatively, persuasively, handling sensitive topics with care to inform, inspire, and reduce uncertainty. 
• Turn conversations and ideas into thought leadership pieces that resonate with employees and other audiences. 
• Work closely with the Public Relations and Social Media teams on topics that could support external thought leadership. 
• Partner with People & Culture (P&C) to plan and deliver communications for large-scale people programs and further integrating all teams into the Veeam way of doing things (e.g., performance cycles, talent processes, benefits updates, policy changes).  
• Take guidance from Global Internal Communications to ensure corporate messaging is consistently woven into programs, to leverage key communication moments, and to avoid conflicts or mixed messages. 

What You'll Bring

• Minimum of 7 years of communications-related experience, in a tech field. 
• A degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing is ideal.  
• Experience partnering with executives and senior leaders, program/project managers, and HR partners to build cross functional communications programs. 
• Savvy in navigating challenges through creative problem-solving and proactive stakeholder management. 
• Hands on experience working in and managing Microsoft Teams channels, SharePoint, email broadcasting platforms, and other internal channels to publish content. 
• Flexible working across time zones and adapting work hours to accommodate business needs. 
• Ability to work in-office in San Jose, CA.

Организация и координация PR-активностей (задачи не предполагают единоличное ручное выполнение — под узкие задачи привлекаются внешние фрилансеры и подрядчики)

Работа с отраслевыми и бизнес-СМИ

• Выбор площадок: отбор 3–7 ключевых медиа (промышленность, энергетика, строительство, ЦОДы).
• Подготовка материалов: написание и выпуск колонок, кейсов, комментариев и релизов (с привлечением наших инженеров и внутренних экспертов, использованием AI-инструментов и рерайтом удачных текстов под разные форматы).
• Дистрибуция: размещение материалов на внешних ресурсах (СМИ, блоги, РБК Компании, соцсети).

Участие в выставках и мероприятиях

• Подбор событий: поиск и оценка профильных выставок и форумов и отраслевых конференций.
• Переговоры с организаторами: согласование спецусловий, скидок на участие и бесплатных слотов для выступлений экспертов компании.
• Подготовка: заказ и оформление стенда, подготовка полиграфии и презентаций (вместе с дизайнером), промо-продукция, мерч, инструктаж и координация работы менеджеров продаж на площадке.
• Медиасопровождение: приглашение профильных СМИ на стенд, организация фото- и видеосъемки, подготовка пресс-релизов и итоговых пост-релизов.

Коммуникационная стратегия и партнерства

• Позиционирование спикеров: формирование тем и тезисов для экспертных выступлений руководителей с опорой на позиционирование завода-изготовителя.
• Партнерские спецпроекты: запуск совместных активностей и коллабораций с технологическими партнерами, отраслевыми ассоциациями и производителями оборудования.
• Клиентский PR: разработка концепций корпоративного мерча, подарков партнерам и подготовка текстов официальных поздравлений для ключевых клиентов.

Работа с клиентской базой и поставщиками

• Прогрев базы: контент для email-рассылок по существующей базе контактов для повторных продаж (совместно с контентными и техническими специалистами).
• Материалы для поставщиков: кейсы и обзоры по пакетированию оборудования в контейнеры нашего производства.

Продвижение в нейросетях / AI-поиске (в связке с SEO)

• Цифровой след: публикации на авторитетных внешних ресурсах по ТЗ от SEO-отдела, чтобы бренд попадал в ответы нейросетей (ChatGPT, Яндекс Нейро, GigaChat).

Управление репутацией (ORM) и антикризис

• Мониторинг инфополя: отслеживание упоминаний и отзывов о компании на внешних ресурсах.
• Отработка негатива: разработка регламентов и оперативные ответы по регламенту, согласование официальной позиции.

Связка с внутренним контуром маркетинга

• Синхронизация с SMM: передача фактуры, фото- и видеоматериалов с выставок, анонсов вышедших статей SMM-специалисту для публикаций в каналах компании (Telegram, VK, Макс).
• Участие в email-маркетинге: наполнение экспертными смыслами и сценариями цепочек email-рассылок.

Поддержка HR-бренда

• Спикеры: организация комментариев и выступлений HR-директора и руководителей.
• Трансляция ценностей: материалы о масштабе завода, инженерных проектах и условиях работы для привлечения специалистов.

Требования:

• Образование высшее (экономическое, гуманитарное, техническое).

(связи с общественностью / PR, журналистика, маркетинг, филология или инженерно-техническое с опытом в медиа)

• Переговорные навыки: подтвержденный опыт договоренностей со СМИ и организаторами мероприятий о бесплатных или льготных интеграциях.
• Опыт работы: от 3 лет в PR (обязателен опыт в промышленном, инжиниринговом, строительном или техническом B2B-сегменте).
• Организаторский опыт: опыт реализации выставочных проектов (участие в мероприятии спикеров от компании) «под ключ» от сметы до контроля застройки стенда.
• База контактов: крайне желательно иметь наработанные контакты с журналистами и редакторами отраслевых и деловых медиа.

Навыки копирайтинга: умение писать сильные экспертные тексты руками без канцелярита и воды, глубоко погружаясь в техническую специфику оборудования

We are looking for a communications leader with product or brand storytelling experience and creative judgement to lead our new Brand Communications & Content team as Team Lead.

Job responsibilities

• Lead the team by defining roles, ownership and priorities, and hiring to fill gaps.

• Lead, mentor and develop the copy, social, education and design team members through regular feedback, performance reviews and clear growth paths.

• Set and uphold quality standards for copy and visual storytelling, acting as the final creative review for the team's output.

• Unite brand copy and design around coherent creative concepts, maintaining brand consistency under the Head of Brand's direction.

• Own communications and editorial planning across social media, news, newsletters, platform announcements and model education, balancing team capacity against priorities.

• Design and improve content workflows and review processes with Brand Marketing and Delivery Management, using audience feedback, content performance and media insights to strengthen results.

• Partner with Brand Marketing on campaign narratives, messaging and creative content, supporting agreed audiences, goals, channels and priorities.

• Work closely with Product to communicate feature benefits through launches, explainers and ongoing education.

• Translate the brand platform and product offering into compelling narratives and messaging that build affinity, trust and product understanding.

• Personally write the highest-stakes communications, including major announcements, press materials, executive quotes and sensitive communications.

• Lead proactive PR, building media relationships, pitching brand and product stories, handling press enquiries and preparing spokespeople.

• Manage reputation and crisis communications in partnership with leadership and external specialists.

You’ll thrive here if you have

• 8+ years of experience in communications, public relations, brand storytelling, or editorial leadership, including 2+ years managing multidisciplinary creative or content teams.

• A track record of building or developing a team, including hiring, coaching and setting clear ownership.

• Strong planning, stakeholder management and content operations skills, including experience improving production and review workflows.

• The ability to evaluate copy and visual storytelling and give constructive creative feedback.

• Exceptional English writing and editing skills across marketing copy, product communications and press materials.

• Proven ability to turn brand positioning and product capabilities into compelling stories and audience benefits.

• Hands-on PR experience, including media relations, pitching and securing relevant coverage.

• Strong editorial judgment across social media, news, newsletters and educational content.

• Sound judgment in sensitive communications, reputational issues and crisis response.

• Ability to use audience insights and communications results to improve content and messaging.

• High ownership, accountability and the ability to combine team leadership with hands-on communications work.
