Position: 2D Whiteboard Animator (Remote, Full-Time)
Salary: $1,000–1,200/month (after trial month)

FeedbackJohnny is a 2D whiteboard explainer channel in the rock and metal space, breaking down the stories, history, and culture behind the music for a passionate English-speaking audience. 15–20 min videos.

But this isn't a first-timer's side project. FeedbackJohnny is already monetized and ready to scale, backed by 5+ years of experience running faceless YouTube channels, with multiple monetized channels and dedicated teams already in place.

You'd be joining near the ground floor of a channel that's already proven, with a team that already knows how to scale from here.

THE ROLE
• Animate 10 videos/month, 15–20 min each, whiteboard-style
• Work from ready-made scripts and voiceovers
• Maintain consistent pacing, readability, and visual style across all videos
• Be a reliable long-term member of a small, focused team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 1+ year of experience in Adobe Animate
• Strong sense of rhythm, staging, and smooth motion
• Ability to follow and maintain a given visual style
• Comfortable with high output volume and consistent deadlines
• Organized, self-managed, communicative
• Love for Rock and Metal music (bonus, not required)

CONDITIONS
• Month 1: paid per video, up to $100/video (trial period)
• Month 2 onward: fixed monthly salary of $1,000–1,500
• Fully remote work
• Flexible schedule (as long as deadlines are met)
• Payments twice a month
• Performance bonuses for view rate benchmarks and output quantity
• Steady, high-volume workload, never a slow month
