DevOps Team Lead

🔥 We’re hiring a DevOps Team Lead to drive infrastructure evolution!

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead a team of DevOps engineers, ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our cloud and on-premise environments.

Requirements:

✔️ 7+ years in DevOps Engineering and 2+ years in leading or mentoring DevOps/SRE teams

✔️ Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS and/or self-managed clusters)

✔️ Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS

✔️ Proven experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code solutions

✔️ Strong expertise in Linux administration (RHEL/CentOS/Rocky Linux)

✔️ Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, GitOps practices, and ArgoCD

✔️ Solid understanding of observability, monitoring, logging, and incident management

✔️ Experience building scalable, highly available, and secure production environments

✔️ Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with Engineering, QA, Security, and Product teams

✔️ Experience in high-load environments is highly desirable

✔️ Previous experience in iGaming, fintech, or other high-availability industries is a plus

Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead, mentor, and develop a team of DevOps engineers

🔹 Own and evolve cloud and on-premise infrastructure with a focus on Kubernetes

🔹 Drive automation, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and GitOps initiatives

🔹 Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Security, and Product teams

🔹 Ensure high availability, performance, monitoring, and security of production systems

🔹 Participate in architectural decisions and infrastructure planning

🔹 Lead incident response and continuous improvement initiatives

🔹 Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO)
