Product Designer in our office in Yerevan - Armenia

As a Product Designer at Equiti, you’ll work within one of our product pillars to design end-to-end experiences – from early discovery and concepts through to polished, production-ready designs. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers, contributing to and building on our shared design system. This is a hands-on role for a designer who combines strong craft with sound product thinking and thrives in a fast-moving, multi-market environment.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences across mobile and web – from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and prototypes
• Translate product requirements and user insights into clear, well-reasoned design solutions
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout discovery, definition, and delivery
• Contribute to and work within Equiti’s design system, ensuring consistency and quality across products
• Participate in user research and usability testing, using findings to iterate and improve designs
• Design for a global audience, including multilingual and RTL (Arabic) experiences
• Present work clearly, give and receive feedback constructively, and iterate quickly
• Support design QA during implementation to ensure shipped experiences match design intent

Skills & Competencies

• Strong visual and interaction design skills with a portfolio demonstrating shipped digital products
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, and prototyping
• Solid grasp of UX fundamentals – information architecture, usability principles, and accessibility
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting and defending design decisions
• A collaborative, low-ego working style with genuine curiosity about users and the product domain
• Interest in fintech, trading, or investing is a plus; experience designing RTL interfaces is a bonus

Experience Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a product designer working on consumer-facing digital products
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams within an agile environment
• Experience contributing to or working within an established design system
• Experience in fintech, trading, or other regulated industries is an advantage
