Junior Graphic Designer

🪅Junior Graphic Designer at TeamBeat (remote, international)

We're seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team part-time. You'll support the delivery of high-impact visual design across digital and print. Working closely with the account manager and seniors, you'll assist in bringing ideas from concept to execution while developing your skills in a fast-paced agency environment. You'd work on a weekly task basis across multiple brands, supported by a structured Asana workflow with clear deadlines, due dates, and revision rounds.

The Day-to-day:
• Support the design process and execute design tasks across a range of client and internal projects
• Produce social media graphics (feed posts, carousels), story designs, and reel covers
• Build presentation decks and handle smaller design tasks across active client accounts
• Collaborate with account managers on briefs and ideation
• Work on a weekly task basis across multiple brands, managed in Asana with clear deadlines and revision rounds
• Participate in reviews and feedback sessions, iterating on work to improve quality and consistency
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies, and apply insights to push our creative work forward

Qualifications:
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with familiarity in Figma and Canva; motion graphics experience is a plus
• 1 year of experience in graphic design or a similar creative role, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals including typography, color, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to develop creative concepts, follow creative direction, and apply feedback to produce on-brand work across digital, social, and print, including Instagram* and Tik Tok
• Excellent communication skills and able to articulate design rationale
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
