Senior DevOps Engineer (Fintech)

Looking for Senior DevOps Engineer
Infrastructure build for a new backend platform in the fintech domain. Main focus is creating new AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure components, GitOps processes, and deployment setup for backend services.
Requirements:
- Senior DevOps experience with production AWS environments
- Strong Kubernetes experience, including cluster setup and production operations
- Terraform experience with module development from scratch and IaC practices
- Hands-on Helm experience with chart development and Kubernetes configuration management
- Hands-on ArgoCD experience for GitOps and automated Kubernetes deployments
- Understanding of cloud-native architecture
- English B2–C1
Nice to have:
- Experience with event-driven architecture
- Kafka or Redpanda knowledge
- Experience with GitOps platforms or self-service deployment approaches
- Fintech, banking, or regulated domain background
Location:
- Remote from the EU only
- EU timezone, start from 09:00
Other details:
- Full-time during the infrastructure build phase
- Estimated project duration: around 80 working days
