Values Value is a recruiting agency specializing in game development. We're currently searching for a UA Manager on behalf of our client — a publisher of hybrid-casual and midcore mobile games that helps developers quickly test, build, and launch their products.

This isn't a role for someone still finding their footing. Our client needs a seasoned, self-sufficient UA professional who has owned large-scale budgets — ideally $1M+/month in spend, with $500K+ as the floor. You've run campaigns on midcore, multiplayer, or other heavily in-app monetized titles, and you know how to drive performance at scale without hand-holding.

What are you working on?
  • Platforms: Mobile
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Launch and manage paid UA campaigns across Facebook, Google Ads, AppLovin, and other in-app sources to drive installs for mobile games

  • Optimize campaigns to hit KPIs and scale what works

  • Analyze campaign and user performance: CPA, ARPPU, LTV, ROMI, CVR, Retention, and beyond

  • Build hypotheses, test them, and draw conclusions quickly — we don't wait months for answers

  • Contribute to product growth strategy — your ideas are heard here

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • 3+ years in mobile UA — or a strong mid-level with solid in-app experience in casual or midcore games

  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or AppLovin — deep expertise in at least one, curiosity to run them all

  • Fluent with mobile metrics in practice — you can read LTV curves, spot Retention anomalies, and actually calculate ROMI

  • You actually play games and know the market from the inside — this one's not a checkbox

  • You use AI tools in your workflow — not afraid to experiment

  • English at a working level

  • Proactive, fast, and energetic — you spot what needs to be done without waiting to be told
