The platform enables organizations to monitor and optimize building performance in real time — including energy efficiency, air quality, occupancy, and workspace utilization. Our mission is to help companies improve sustainability, reduce operational costs, and enhance employee well-being through data-driven insights. 📩**Responsibilities** ▫️Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders and clients ▫️Formalize and document business and functional requirements ▫️Collaborate with stakeholders (Product, Engineering, clients) to define solutions ▫️Work closely with designers to translate requirements into UX/UI solutions ▫️Create user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria ▫️Prepare and describe tasks for the development team ▫️Contribute to solution design, including data flows and IoT integrations ▫️Analyze key metrics (energy consumption, occupancy, air quality, etc.) ▫️Support the development team throughout the implementation process ▫️Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements 💬**Requirements** ▫️4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst ▫️Experience with data-driven products or analytics platforms ▫️Basic understanding of IoT ecosystems (sensors, devices, protocols) ▫️Experience with APIs, integrations, and microservices architecture ▫️Ability to work with data (SQL or basic analytics skills) ▫️Experience with process modeling (BPMN, UML, data flow diagrams) ▫️Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments ▫️**English level: B2+ or higher** 🖇**Tools** 🔹Confluence, Jira 🔹Figma 🔹Google Docs / Sheets 🌟**Soft Skills** 🔹Adaptability and ability to quickly dive into new domains and projects 🔹Strong analytical and critical thinking 🔹Ability to structure information and ask the right questions 🔹Product mindset and decision-making skills 🔹Competitive analysis skills 🔹Teamwork and collaboration ** 📌Nice to Have** 🔹Experience in smart buildings / proptech / energy management 🔹Familiarity with sustainability standards (ESG, LEED, etc.) 🔹Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) 🔹Understanding of real-time data processing 📩 **Contacts:** Telegram: @ekaterina_interexy 💬
