🔍 Gilzor is hiring: Senior Data Science Consultant (fixed‑scope, 2–3 months)

We need a senior DS consultant to audit and rebuild our chargeback & revenue estimation models - simple, interpretable, parametric (elasticity, GLMs, survival curves). No black‑box ML unless proven unavoidable.

You have:
📍 5–8 years senior DS / analytics engineering
📍 dbt + Databricks + Python (statsmodels, scipy.optimize)
📍 Built financial forecasts & what‑if tools for non‑tech stakeholders (price/volume impact with uncertainty)
📍 Spanish C1+ (daily with finance teams), English B2+
📍 Hate chaos – you turn assumptions into production‑grade pipelines

Nice to have: fintech / payments / subscriptions, MLflow on Databricks, consulting track record.

Format: ~10–12 weeks, near full‑time
Deliverables: audit findings + rebuilt dbt/Databricks models + lightweight scenario tool.
