We're looking for a Junior+ Business Analyst to help build and scale finance processes for Plata's growing business in Colombia.

This role is a great fit for someone with 1–2 years of Business Analyst experience who enjoys breaking down complex problems, designing better processes, and working at the intersection of business and technology.

We're particularly interested in candidates who:
❗ have a technical or quantitative degree (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, etc.)
❗ have 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
❗ think in a structured, logical way and enjoy solving complex problems
❗ are confident communicating in English (B2+) with international teams

You'll work with Finance, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to improve processes, automate operations, and help build the systems that support a growing bank in Colombia.

✨ Bonus points for experience with AI automation projects, finance processes, fintech, banking, or financial services.
