🏛️ HIRING: 2D Animator — The Caesar Files (Remote)

New YouTube channel making 8-12 min animated explainers ranking Roman emperors by their wildest/darkest moments. Faceless, comedic-historian style (à la Agent Flappy / Sam O'Nella / OverSimplified) with a recurring mascot, Felix the Centurion, breaking the 4th wall.

This is a ground-floor role on a channel built to scale — the first animators grow with it.

💼 ROLE
— Animate full episodes from our scripts + VO
— Build reusable asset library (Felix, emperors, BGs, props)
— Lip-sync, mascot interjections, motion graphics
— Target: 1 episode/week (scaling to 2–3 as we grow)
— Deliver: 1080p MP4 + source files
— 🚀 Team Lead path: as we scale to multiple episodes/week, our best animator becomes 2D Team Lead — higher base + a per-episode override on the team’s output
— 100% remote, work-for-hire

💰 PAY
— $600/mo (4 vids); reassess after
— View bonuses on top of base, per episode you animate: +$25 @ 50K, · +$75 @ 100K, · +$200 @ 250K views
