Role Overview
Direct Manager: Web Tech Lead
Location: Minsk
Format of work: full-time role with flexible start times and a hybrid setup (4 days in the office, 1 remote)
Responsibilities
Developing VPN and eSIM Product Logic:
-
implement features for issuing, renewing, and activating eSIM profiles, as well as managing access to VPN servers, user sessions, and subscription plans.
Telecom and Loyalty Vendor Integrations:
-
work with the API telecom provider (Telna) to manage data plans and usage, and integrate with Voucherify for promo codes, discounts, and referral programs.
Integrating External Services and APIs:
-
design and implement integrations with infrastructure services and external product services.
Backend Feature Development and Maintenance:
-
develop product logic, handle webhooks from external providers, and maintain existing codebases using NestJS.
Developing Product and User Flows:
-
build end-to-end user journeys across the backend and frontend using React, Next.js, and NestJS — from eSIM plan selection to activation.
Website Development and Enhancement:
-
develop and maintain the company's product website, user account portal, and product conversion funnels.
Incident Investigation and System Monitoring:
-
analyze logs, investigate service activation failures and analytics delivery issues, and configure monitoring and alerting using Datadog.
Architecture and Code Reviews:
-
contribute to architectural design, technical planning, and code reviews.
Testing and Technical Debt:
-
improve test coverage for new code and technical debt by writing E2E and unit tests.
Mentoring:
-
mentor junior developers, share knowledge, and support their onboarding and integration into the team.
What We Expect from You
-
5+ years of commercial software development experience in Middle+ or Senior roles, with a strong backend focus;
-
expert knowledge of NestJS, TypeScript, and Node.js, along with experience in modern frontend development using React and Next.js;
-
product integration experience: hands-on experience working with external vendors' REST APIs;
-
quality and reliability: practical experience writing E2E, integration, and unit tests, investigating incidents, and working with monitoring systems such as Datadog and Grafana;
-
databases and infrastructure stack: experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Docker, including optimizing complex SQL queries and designing high-load architectures.

technical leadership and mentoring: willingness to mentor junior developers, conduct regular code reviews, and foster a strong engineering culture within the team;

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our Billing team and grow into a Lead role within 3–6 months.
You will take full technical ownership of Billing, including web payments (Stripe, Solidgate), subscription logic, and integrations with marketing and analytics platforms such as Voluum, Google Analytics, Meta, and others.
We are looking for someone who can build and improve technical processes within the team, lead and support developers, and represent the Billing team on technical topics when working with other departments.
This is a hands-on role. Currently, the team has one Full-Stack Developer, so a significant part of your time will be focused on development — from backend work with NestJS and TypeScript to payment flows on the frontend with React and Next.js.

Technical Leadership & Ownership

take full technical ownership of the Billing domain, including architecture, quality, stability, releases, and technical debt across payment, subscription, and analytics infrastructure;

build and improve technical processes within the team, including coding and code review standards, testing, releases, incident management, task estimation and breakdown, and technical documentation;
-
lead and mentor developers in the team: assign and prioritize tasks, run 1:1 meetings, evaluate performance, and take part in hiring and onboarding;
-
work closely with the Product Manager on delivery estimates, risks, the technical roadmap, and technical debt priorities;
-
make key architectural decisions and perform code reviews;
-
work with other teams and departments, including Marketing, other Web teams, QA, Finance, and Support, as well as payment providers, on Billing-related technical topics.
Hands-on Development
-
develop and maintain payment integrations with Stripe and Solidgate, including checkout, recurring payments, webhooks, and payment issue troubleshooting;

develop and improve subscription logic, including renewals, upgrades, cancellations, refunds, and access management;

integrate marketing analytics systems such as Voluum, Google Analytics, Meta CAPI, and Amplitude, and ensure events and data are tracked correctly;

integrate with external services and APIs;

develop new backend features and maintain existing code using NestJS;
-
develop and maintain payment flows across the frontend and backend using React, Next.js, and NestJS;
-
build and improve marketing web funnels;
-
develop and maintain websites using headless CMS platforms such as Strapi and Payload;

investigate payment and analytics incidents using logs and monitoring tools such as Datadog;
-
write E2E and unit tests for new features and improve test coverage as part of technical debt work.
What We Expect from You
Hard Skills

5+ years of professional software development experience;

strong experience with NestJS, TypeScript, React, and Next.js;

required: experience with payment systems and web payments (Stripe, Solidgate, or similar), including subscriptions, webhooks, and recurring payments;

required: experience with marketing analytics and tracking platforms such as Voluum, Google Analytics/Ads, Meta, or similar;

required: technical leadership experience as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or informal team lead, including architectural decisions, code reviews, mentoring, and building development processes;
