Why this role matters
At Exness, we’re repowering our in-house agency-level creative team. We’re looking for a versatile Senior Digital Designer who combines strong branding expertise with digital craft and innovation — from AI-driven creative exploration to developing bold visual identities and bringing them to life across events, print, and digital formats. Exness brand projects span multiple touchpoints — from event identities and merchandise to digital activations. We need a designer who can jump between mediums, explore new creative possibilities, and bring distinctive visual concepts to life through high-quality execution.
The role is based in our Limassol office, Cyprus. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.
What you'll actually do
- Develop and evolve the visual identity of the Exness brand across digital, print, event branding, and other formats
- Use AI prompting to concept and generate visual ideas at speed for identity and branding projects
- Design all types of digital assets based on the visual identity for internal and external purposes
- Design print materials for events (booths, posters, brochures, rollups, merchandise, etc.)
- Build scalable design systems and visual toolkits for use across teams and platforms
- Experiment with emerging technologies and formats to future-proof our visual identity
- Collaborate with Design Leads, Brand, and Strategy teams to bring bold visual ideas to life through non-campaign projects (e.g., product branding, digital experiences, internal comms, event identities)
Who we’re looking for
- 5+ years of brand / digital design experience, ideally with global brands. Agency experience is a strong plus
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, visual concepts, and their application across digital and physical formats, ideally including event branding
- Strong digital foundations (web, banners, emails, landing pages)
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Able to sell creative ideas and inspire stakeholders
- Interest in AI-assisted creative workflows and willingness to experiment with emerging tools. Hands-on experience with AI generation and prompting is a strong plus
- Fintech or high-growth global brand experience is a plus

- Подготовка, корректировка макетов заказчика к печати, предпечатная подготовка;
- Проверка макетов на соответствие тех. требованиям под разные методы нанесения, отступов, масштабов и т.д.
- Подготовка и составление ТЗ на печать для подрядчиков (шелкография, вышивка);
- Вёрстка макетов для разных технологий печати;
- Цветопробы, цветокоррекция;
- Взаимодействие с производством.
Требования:
- Опыт работы на широкоформатных принтерах желателен, но возможно обучение;
- Опыт работы дизайнером от 2-3 лет;
- Знание графических программ Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop;
- Ответственность, проактивность, желание учиться и осваивать новое! :)
- Гибкость мышления, креативность, инициативность :)
