Join Our Team as Mid Frontend Engineer! 

Join one of our cross-functional teams in Motors, Real Estate, OLX Classifieds or Platforms, working remotely from Portugal. As part of our 1,000+ tech team across multiple locations, you’ll collaborate with engineers, SREs, and product teams to build scalable, high-impact solutions, while reporting to an Engineering Manager who will support your growth and impact.

You'll work on a mixed tech stack based on a microservices architecture, entirely on Amazon Web Services, with open source libs like React and/or NextJS.

  AI-Assisted Engineering Workflow: You actively integrate agentic tools (such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent) into your team's daily development workflow to write, refactor, and speed up code delivery.

  Quality & Validation Ownership: You treat AI-generated code as a first draft, not a final deliverable - you rigorously review, test, refactor, and take full accountability for code quality, security, and performance.

  Proficient in Modern Frontend Tech: Solid hands-on proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js/React Router, and Node.js.

  Feature Execution & Delivery: Actively contribute to frontend projects, building accessible, performant, and reliable UI components for millions of users across multiple markets.

  Leveraging AI for Speed & Quality: Use AI development agents to solve technical tasks faster, maintain codebase health, and reduce repetitive boilerplate work.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintaining Codebase & Context Health: Keep component documentation, type definitions, and test suites up to date so that both human teammates and AI agents can navigate the codebase smoothly.

  Ensuring High Quality & Reliability: Write comprehensive tests, lead code reviews, and debug production issues, maintaining a strong focus on great user experience, web performance and overall application architecture .

  Collaborating with Product & Design: Work closely with product managers and UX designers to transform product specs into actionable engineering tasks and seamless user interfaces.

Требования

• Отличное знание JavaScript
• Уверенное владение TypeScript и React
• Хорошее понимание, как устроен веб
• Умение разбираться в кросс-браузерной адаптивной вёрстке
• Опыт работы с Redux, REST API, Git
• Коммуникабельность и инициативность — разработка наших проектов предполагает тесное общение как внутри команды, так и с внешними разработчиками мини-приложений
