Обязанности:

  • Тестирование программного обеспечения с использованием сценариев тестирования.
  • Участие в разработке сценариев тестирования
  • Решение проблем пользователей – 1-я линия техподдержки.
  • Распределение обращений сотрудников Компании и Клиентов между специалистами ИТ.
  • Составление инструкций. Документирование инцидентов и результатов
  • Консультации сотрудников по вопросам работы программного и аппаратного обеспечения.
  • Подключение к выполнению разовых задач бизнес-подразделений в процессах Производство / Логистика / Закупки и снабжение / Бухгалтерия / ИТ и АСУТП.

Требования:

  • Высшее образование или в том числе старших курсов (образование техническое, экономическое, прикладная математика, сельскохозяйственные наука).
  • Желание развиваться
  • Желательно понимание работы и устройства мобильных приложений/серверов/веб-приложений
  • Желательно опыт программирования или тестирования программ, понимание работы реляционных СУБД, знание языка SQL на уровне написания стандартных запросов. Опыт работы с PostgreSQL.
  • Желательны базовые навыки программирования (Java script, Java, Python другие языки).

Challenges that await you:
  • Analyzing requirements, creating test scenarios, preparing test data
  • Developing and maintaining test documentation
  • Acceptance and regression testing (automated and manual)
  • Writing and maintaining automated tests in Go 
  • Identifying, localizing, and reporting defects using a bug tracking system
  • Communicating with the product team throughout development and participating in releases
  • Maintaining the test project
