Наша компания — высоконагруженный маркетплейс по продаже автозапчастей. Через платформу проходит несколько десятков тысяч товарных единиц в сутки.
В экосистему входят сайт, 1С, мобильное приложение логистики, внутренние сервисы, аналитика и интеграции с партнёрами.
Ищем бизнес-аналитика, которому интересно не только описывать процессы и формулировать требования, но и самостоятельно создавать первые решения и проверять их в работе.
Вы будете общаться с сотрудниками компании и нашими партнёрами, находить причины проблем, сокращать ручную работу и запускать улучшения с помощью AI-инструментов.
Что предстоит делать:
- Исследовать потребности пользователей и разбираться в бизнес-процессах.
- Находить лишние действия, причины ошибок и возможности для автоматизации.
- Предлагать решения и самостоятельно создавать первые рабочие версии с помощью AI-агентов.
- Запускать пилоты, собирать обратную связь и оценивать результат.
Нам важен подход к работе: сначала понять, какую боль или задачу пользователя вы закрываете, и только потом решать, как это сделать.
Как это выглядит на практике: вместо долгого ТЗ — работающий прототип. Например, за несколько дней, а не за пару месяцев, вы делаете для менеджеров рабочую «кнопку», которой уже можно пользоваться, а затем дорабатываете её по их обратной связи.
Что важно:
- Опыт анализа и оптимизации бизнес-процессов.
- Умение проводить интервью и переводить потребности пользователей в конкретные решения.
- Понимание того, как устроены приложения, серверная часть, базы данных и API.
- Практический опыт создания прототипов или автоматизаций с помощью AI-агентов (например, Claude Code и OpenAI Codex).
- Готовность самостоятельно доводить идеи до внедрения.

- Компенсацию 50% стоимости внешнего обучения.
- Оформление по ТК РФ.
- Испытательный срок 3 месяца.
- Заработная плата: от 200 000 до 300 000, итоговая сумма определяется индивидуально и зависит от опыта и квалификации кандидата.
- График 5/2, офис: г. Москва, ул. Котляковская 1, стр. 2 (м. Варшавская).
