• Описание интеграционных взаимодействий (REST API, Kafka, gRPC), разработка спецификаций (Swagger/OpenAPI)
• Описание требований к данным, пайплайнам обработки, API моделей машинного обучения
• Моделирование бизнес-процессов (BPMN), описание пользовательских сценариев
• Взаимодействие с командой разработки, тестирования, архитектурой и заказчиком
• Согласование архитектурных документов, получение сетевых доступов
• Участие в интеграционном, функциональном и приемочном тестировании
• Оформление технической документации по проекту

• Опыт работы системным аналитиком от 3 лет, в том числе на проектах разработки сложных цифровых продуктов
• Опыт в заказной разработке от 1 года
• Опыт описания интеграционных взаимодействий и проектирования API (REST, очереди сообщений)
• Знание SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle) на уровне написания запросов и анализа данных
• Опыт работы с инструментами: Jira, Confluence, Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, IDE, Kibana
• Знание основных нотаций для моделирования UML, BPMN
• Понимание жизненного цикла ML-моделей и специфики AI-продуктов
• Умение работать с неструктурированными требованиями, декомпозировать эпики на задачи
• Хорошие soft-скилы

• Ability to translate business needs into functional/system requirements, acceptance criteria, workflows, business rules, validations, and implementation-ready specifications.
• Experience with Customer/Citizen 360, case management, data modeling, and data migration activities.
• Strong SQL and relational database skills, preferably Oracle.
• Experience with REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and distributed .NET / Spring Boot environments.
• Experience with workflow/BPM platforms, preferably Flowable, and integrations such as Avaya Contact Center, Firebird SMS, and M-Files.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar ALM/backlog management tools.
