🚀 Senior QA Consultant — Payments | Baltics
We’re looking for 2 Senior QA Consultants to join a major Baltic and Scandinavian banking client and strengthen their Payments Baltic teams.
This is a hands-on role for a QA professional with deep banking Payments domain expertise.
🔹 What you’ll do:
• Functional and regression testing
• Manual and automation testing
• End-to-end testing of complex payment flows and processes
• Strong focus on backend testing
• Work closely with QA teams and support/mentor other specialists when needed
🔹 Must-have:
• 7–10+ years of QA experience
• Strong hands-on experience in Banking Payments
• Practical Java knowledge is must have
• Automation testing with Selenium
• Strong manual + automation testing background
• Excellent understanding of payment flows and processes
UI testing experience is a plus, but the main focus is backend.
💡 We’re looking for someone mature, proactive, open-minded and confident enough to take ownership and lead when needed.
📍 Location: Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia
🏢 Work model: Hybrid — minimum 3 days/week onsite is mandatory
