We are looking for a Senior Social Media Strategist to own the social and audience strategy behind the YouTube channel of a globally recognized beauty brand.

In this role, you will define the strategic direction for a high-growth, high-volume global YouTube channel with a Shorts-first approach. You will identify the audience behaviors that drive discovery, subscription, and purchase, translate cultural and trend signals into repeatable content direction, and shape the content calendar around key product launches, activations, and brand moments.

You will own the growth strategy behind what the channel publishes, developing clear hypotheses, reviewing performance alongside analytics specialists, and adapting the approach based on what the data shows. You will also shape the creator activation strategy, from briefing and selection criteria to performance evaluation and progression across creator tiers, while identifying how organic content can connect effectively with commerce and paid amplification.

Working closely with creative, analytics, community, and account teams, you will ensure that social strategy translates into clear, actionable direction across the wider project. You will also present and defend strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders across media and marketing.

A strong understanding of YouTube, internet culture, creators, and emerging subcultures is essential, together with a proven track record of growing social channels rather than focusing primarily on campaign-led activations. Experience working with large brands in beauty or closely related consumer categories is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Proven track record of growing social media channels or accounts, with the ability to demonstrate measurable growth and clearly explain the strategies and decisions that drove it.
• Strong agency-side experience in social media strategy for large brands, with experience in beauty or a closely adjacent consumer category strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of YouTube formats, audience behavior, discovery, and creator culture, alongside strong knowledge of other major social platforms.
• Demonstrable ability to assess content strategically and structurally, identifying why specific content performs and translating those insights into repeatable approaches.
• Strong understanding of internet culture, emerging trends, online communities, creators, and subcultures.
• Experience developing content and audience strategies for high-volume publishing environments is highly desirable.
• Experience designing and running creator or influencer activations, ideally across multiple markets, is an advantage.
• Strong analytical fluency, with the ability to interpret performance data, challenge assumptions, identify inconsistencies, and develop testable hypotheses.
• Ability to adapt strategic direction based on performance data and confidently scale, refine, or discontinue approaches based on evidence.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, with the confidence to present and defend strategic recommendations to senior client audiences.
• Understanding of social commerce or affiliate mechanics is a plus.
• Familiarity with paid social planning and the relationship between organic performance and paid amplification is a plus, but not essential.
• Native-level or professional working proficiency in English.

We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Social Media Specialist to elevate our brand presence across social platforms and build meaningful connections with our audience. This role is responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing social media content while ensuring consistency in brand voice, engagement, and performance.

The Social Media Manager is responsible for:

• Launch, set up, and maintain Plata’s priority social media channels in Colombia.
• Create and manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely publishing.
• Write, schedule, and publish content across relevant social media platforms.
• Develop content formats and templates that can be produced independently without constant design support.
• Coordinate with the Support team to establish processes for responding to comments and user DMs.
• Track social media performance and use data-driven insights to continuously improve future content.
• Monitor relevant local conversations, trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for content and audience growth.

Обязанности

• Поиск и подбор блогеров под задачи клиентов: анализ аудитории, вовлечённости и качества подписчиков.
• Переговоры с блогерами и их менеджерами: условия, стоимость, бартер, сроки.
• Подготовка брифов и ТЗ для интеграций, согласование сценариев и контента.
• Контроль выхода интеграций и соблюдения договорённостей.
• Сбор аналитики по размещениям (охваты, ER, переходы) и подготовка отчётов для клиентов.
• Ведение и пополнение базы блогеров и медиа-контактов агентства.
• Участие в организации блогерских мероприятий, коллабораций и PR-активностей.
• Помощь в ведении SMM-проектов: контент-планы, тексты, контроль публикаций.
• Коммуникация с клиентами: согласование, ответы на вопросы, презентация результатов.
• Участие в выездных съёмках и мероприятиях.

Требования

• Опыт в SMM от 2 лет (агентство, бренд или свои проекты).
• Опыт работы с блогерами или инфлюенс-кампаниями — большой плюс.
• Понимание рынка блогеров Узбекистана: кто есть кто, форматы, примерные цены.
• Умение вести переговоры и уверенно общаться с людьми.
• Грамотная письменная и устная речь; узбекский язык будет плюсом.
• Навыки планирования и умение не терять задачи.
• Инициативность: готовность предлагать идеи и доводить их до результата.
