Description

🤓 TripleTen is an EdTech company that designs and runs tech career learning programs for the US and Latin American markets. We've been doing it for over five years, teaching complete beginners — people with no prior tech background — through cohort-based programs built on our own platform and curriculum, developed in partnership with Nebius AI. Our team is fully remote and globally distributed, and we serve a large, active student base across both regions.

We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead our Meta Ads efforts across the US region. Reporting to our Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for scaling high-budget campaigns and optimizing complex funnels to drive enrollment for our high-value tech programs.

What you will do
  • Own the budget and paid strategy for the advanced programs line — roughly $200K/month today, scaling several times over by year-end.
  • Run Meta and Google (YouTube included) as core volume channels; open LinkedIn and run experiments in Reddit and Twitter.
  • Own campaign and ad-set architecture, plus the keep-or-kill calls: small batches, a data threshold before deciding, weekly cadence, an honest decision log.
  • Brief the content producer and judge the output on metrics — you don't write scripts or build pages, creatives, or dashboards yourself.
  • Own traffic quality rather than cost per lead: read sales call transcripts, see who actually shows up, and influence target-audience share.
  • Own attribution and conversion events — pixel and event setup, separate buying infrastructure, and reconciling the ad account against CRM and BI.
  • Take each new program in the line into your channels with its own funnel and targets, adding sales rather than redistributing share.
Requirements
  • 4+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition, with hands-on account work at real budgets in expensive markets in the last year or two.
  • You have experience with expensive acquisition and long, multi-step funnels — education, B2B, fintech, high-ticket services — in the last two to three years, not earlier in your resume.
  • Comfort with narrow audiences and thin data, where judgment fills the gap statistics won't, and a clear answer to what "enough delivery to decide" means.
  • You know full-funnel economics — CAC, contribution, cohorts, lead-to-call, call-to-sale — and read CRM and BI data alongside the ad account.
  • Attribution, conversion events, pixels, and tracking QA are things you've owned, not things someone did for you.
  • Strong craft: A/B testing offers and creatives, and briefs a production team can run with.
  • AI is already how you work — Claude, call-analysis tools, MCP connectors, choosing the right model, catching hallucinations.
  • Full professional English level.
What we can offer you

  • Competitive compensation.
  • Full-time remote contract with a flexible schedule.
  • A close-knit, international team of thoughtful and driven professionals.
  • All software licenses and remote work tools you need to be successful in a remote working environment (Slack, Miro, Notion, Zoom, etc).

Senior Meta Ads Manager

As our Senior User Acquisition Manager, you'll own one of our largest paid channels end to end — strategy, budget allocation, creative direction and funnel performance. This is a high-ticket product with a long, partly offline sales cycle: the sale doesn't happen in the ad account, it happens weeks later on a call with our sales team. Your job is to understand that whole path and move it.

This is a hands-on, single-owner role: no layer of buyers between you and the account. Reporting to our Marketing Lead, you'll work directly with creative, sales and analytics.

What you will do
  • Own the channel, not the tasks: Strategy, campaign structure, budget allocation and results are yours. You keep the account impeccable — nothing runs that shouldn't — and you defend your numbers to the business.
  • Run a continuous flow of tests across audiences, funnels and creatives. Each launch starts with a written plan — hypothesis, metric, budget, decision rule.
  • Read the whole funnel: CPL and lead volume are the beginning of the story, not the end. You track lead → SQL → sale.
Requirements
  • UA Expertise: 3+ years in User Acquisition, including personal ownership of Meta accounts at $50k+/month. Ownership means you set the strategy.
  • Relevant Recent Experience: In the last 2–3 years, products with a considered purchase and a long or offline conversion — education, B2B, fintech, real estate, healthcare or similar.
  • Analytical Rigor: Comfortable well past the ad account — lead quality, CAC, ROI, and reporting you build for yourself. You can name a change of yours that moved a down-funnel metric, and explain how you knew it worked.
  • Structured Thinking on Paper: Launch plans, test maps and post-mortems are a habit.
  • A Position You Can Defend: You've seen a problem nobody assigned to you, dug into the data, proposed a solution and carried it through. You argue with your manager when you think they're wrong — with evidence.
  • Creative Intuition: While you don't need to be a designer, you must have a deep understanding of visual hooks, messaging, and what drives engagement in the current Meta landscape.
  • Adaptability: A fast-paced, remote-first environment where you work independently and own your results.
  • Language Proficiency: Working proficiency in English (B2+ preferred).

We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead our Google Ads efforts across the US region. Reporting to our Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for scaling high-budget campaigns and optimizing complex funnels to drive enrollment for our high-value tech programs.

What you will do
  • Full channel P&L for Google Ads Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Shopping/feed-based formats where relevant.
  • Bidding and account architecture at scale — value-based bidding, tROAS/tCPA, portfolio strategies, budget pacing, and the account structure that makes them work rather than fight each other.
  • The signal layer. Offline conversion imports, enhanced conversions, server-side tracking, and CRM-to-Google feedback loops so smart bidding optimizes toward revenue and qualified leads, not top-of-funnel noise.
  • Geo expansion. Launch and scale new markets: keyword research in-language, localization QA, market-specific landing pages, budget allocation across a global portfolio.
  • Measurement and incrementality. Geo-lift tests, holdouts, MMM inputs, attribution disputes — and the judgment to know when platform-reported ROAS is lying to you.
  • Creative and landing page velocity. Ad copy testing at scale (including AI-assisted production), RSA asset management, and a continuous LP/CRO testing roadmap with design and web.
  • Competitive strategy. Brand defense, conquesting, auction insights, and pricing-pressure response.

Requirements
  • 4+ years in paid search, with at least 2–3 years at senior/lead level owning a channel independently.
  • Global track record — non-negotiable. You've managed paid search across multiple regions (e.g., North America + EMEA + LATAM/APAC) and multiple languages, with documented results in each. Y
  • Meaningful budget scale. You've personally managed $100K+ / month budget or equivalent annual spend, and can talk credibly about what changes at scale versus what doesn't.
  • Deep technical fluency: Google Ads UI and Editor, scripts, bulk operations, Google Ads API or SA360, GA4, Looker/Tableau, and SQL comfortable enough to pull your own numbers without waiting on analytics.
  • Conversion tracking ownership. GTM, server-side tagging, offline conversion uploads, CRM integration (HubSpot/Salesforce or similar). You've debugged a broken conversion pipeline yourself.
  • Analytical rigor. You design tests with enough power to read, you know the difference between correlation and lift, and you'll say "this result isn't significant" out loud.
  • Fluent English, working comfortably in a distributed international team.

What we can offer you

  • Competitive compensation.
  • Part-time remote contract with a flexible schedule.
  • A close-knit, international team of thoughtful and driven professionals.
  • All software licenses and remote work tools you need to be successful in a remote working environment (Slack, Miro, Notion, Zoom, etc).
