That operational depth is the foundation of Valis — TheSoul Group's brand new business and AI platform that turns mid-market companies into AI-Native organisations. Valis is built for companies of 200–2,000 employees that are drowning in information fragmentation: decisions delayed because data lives across five different tools, institutional knowledge locked in people's heads, management running on monthly reports instead of real-time intelligence.

What Valis builds inside each client is a three-layer operating system: a live connection to all the company's software, an institutional knowledge base that captures every decision, org change, and operating pattern in real time, and a layer of encoded judgment — built from watching how that specific company's management team actually thinks — that makes every AI answer company-specific rather than generic.

Valis is now scaling commercial operations across the US and European mid-market, and we are looking for a Head of GTM to own that commercial motion from end to end. You will close the first wave of deals personally through your own network, then build and scale the operator force behind you. This is a founder-adjacent role: you design the revenue function from zero, and you own the number.

Responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and close enterprise deals through your personal network in the Bay Area and beyond.
• Build and manage the operator force: recruit, onboard, and develop Deployment Principals across target markets in Europe and the US.
• Own the CEO-level commercial relationship across the growing client portfolio.
• Define and execute the go-to-market playbook: fully network-driven, reference-compounding, no-marketing model.
• Codify the go-to-market motion into a repeatable playbook so it stops depending on any single person's head.
• Partner directly with the founding team on commercial strategy, pricing, and market positioning.

Requirements

• Based in San Francisco or Palo Alto. Your Bay Area founder and CEO network is your primary asset in this role.
• A personal track record of building revenue from zero — not as part of a team, as the person accountable for the number.
• Comfortable closing enterprise transformation deals with a multi-month cycle and a C-suite buyer (CEO, CFO, COO).
• Have done network-driven, reference-based sales before — you know how to build a pipeline from warm relationships, not from marketing or inbound.
• Operated at Associate Partner or Partner level at a top-tier strategy firm, or equivalent VP-level leadership at a transformation-heavy SaaS or professional services company.
• Comfortable operating as an individual contributor in Year 1 before scaling a team — you close deals yourself first.
• A genuine builder's instinct: you design the commercial architecture, not just execute against a playbook someone else wrote.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI / enterprise technology is a strong advantage (in particular technical literacy to direct an AI / data build)

We are looking for an experienced Head of CRM who will own Joom’s CRM strategy and execution while leading a team and promoting joom.com on the international market.

Responsibilities

• Own Joom's CRM strategy, keeping communications customer-first, insight-led and additive to the overall experience
• Define how CRM drives engagement, retention and revenue through lifecycle, product and behavioural triggers
• Balance commercial performance with long-term customer trust and brand engagement
• Own the weekly sales calendar, maintaining pace while staying responsive to in-week demands

Requirements

• Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or customer engagement at scale
• Solid understanding of large marketing automation products (CDPs and CRM platfroms)
• Strong technical skills: data architecture, campaign analytics, A/B testing
• Hands-on execution capability — ability to balance leadership and individual contribution
• Experience leading design and evolution of CRM architecture
• Fluent English

Сегодня нам нужен руководитель, который объединит продвижение, аналитику, контент, PR и работу с пациентской базой в одну понятную систему.

Чем предстоит заниматься

* Разрабатывать и реализовывать маркетинговую стратегию клиники.

* Управлять маркетинговым бюджетом и отвечать за эффективность вложений.

* Руководить внутренней командой и внешними подрядчиками: ставить задачи, контролировать сроки, качество и показатели.

* Развивать каналы привлечения пациентов и анализировать весь путь от обращения до состоявшегося визита.

* Создавать программы возвращаемости, реактивации базы и продвижения смежных направлений клиники.

* Формировать контентную стратегию и контролировать качество SMM, Reels, Shorts и экспертных материалов.

* Развивать PR: партнёрства, мероприятия, коллаборации, спецпроекты и городские информационные поводы.

* Управлять репутацией клиники на Яндекс Картах, 2ГИС и ПроДокторов.

* Настроить регулярную аналитику по CPL, CAC, ROMI, LTV, конверсии в запись и стоимости состоявшегося визита.

* Работать совместно с собственником, врачами, контакт-центром и администраторами.

Вам не придётся самостоятельно ежедневно настраивать рекламу, создавать макеты и публиковать контент. Ваша задача - определить стратегию, организовать работу команды и отвечать за итоговый результат.

Что важно сделать в первые три месяца

* Провести аудит действующего маркетинга, подрядчиков, рекламных каналов и аналитики.

* Определить точки потери обращений и возможности для быстрого роста.

* Сформировать маркетинговый план с приоритетами, бюджетом и ответственными.

* Настроить единый управленческий отчёт по основным показателям.

* Запустить первые проекты по привлечению новых и возвращению действующих пациентов.

* Выстроить регулярный процесс управления командой и подрядчиками.

Мы подойдём друг другу, если вы

* Имеете от трёх лет опыта в маркетинге и уже управляли сотрудниками или подрядчиками.

* Можете показать кейсы с конкретными результатами: ростом выручки, количества обращений, повторных продаж или эффективности рекламы.

* Умеете работать одновременно с брендом, контентом, рекламой и аналитикой.

* Понимаете экономику маркетинга и принимаете решения на основании цифр.

* Умеете самостоятельно расставлять приоритеты и доводить проекты до результата.

* Чувствуете визуальную эстетику премиального бренда.

* Готовы работать в Перми и быть включённым в жизнь клиники.

Опыт в медицине, косметологии, beauty-сегменте, HoReCa или премиальных B2C-услугах будет преимуществом, но не является обязательным. Для нас важнее масштаб мышления, управленческий опыт и подтверждённые результаты.
