Работа в российской ИТ команде компании ЭГГЕР с многолетним опытом на международном рынке. Активное участие в проектах, изменениях, поддержке локальных систем SAP и интерфейсов с non SAP системами.

Обязанности:

• Контактное лицо в локальном центре компетенций IT по вопросам в области SAP, в т.ч., консультирование внутренних сотрудников по BW и модулям MM, SD, PP системы SAP S/4 HANA, вопросам интеграции и интерфейсам с non SAP системами, а также проведение регулярных встреч с ключевыми пользователями;

• Непосредственное участие в формулировании и согласовании требований, подготовке функциональных спецификаций, технических заданий, реализации проектов, изменений, обработке инцидентов, а именно настройке, разработке, оптимизации, автоматизации процессов и интерфейсов, интеграции с non SAP системами Bitrix24, Axelot, MES, 1C, и т.д. с использованием интеграционной шины Integration Gears.

Требования:

• Законченное и подтверждённое профессиональное образование в области информационных технологий или по схожим специальностям;
• Опыт работы в SAP консалтинге, SAP поддержке, проектах внедрения и интеграции SAP с non SAP системами от 3 лет (как «+» на производственных предприятиях);
• Обладание такими качествами как находчивость, самостоятельность, ответственность, надежность, организаторские способности, настойчивость, коммуникабельность, желание и умение работать в команде;
• Владение хорошими письменными и разговорными навыками английского и (или) немецкого языков на уровне не ниже В1/В2;
• Уверенные навыки общения с сотрудниками разных уровней, то есть вне зависимости от грейда.

Required skills:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP EHS, with a focus on Workplace Safety and Environment Management.


• Proven track record in implementation, configuration, and support of SAP EHS modules.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with related modules (PM, MM, HR, etc.).

• Lead end-to-end SAP EHS implementations, focusing on Workplace Safety and Environment Management.


• Configure and customize SAP EHS solutions to meet business requirements.


• Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.


• Perform system and integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.


• Deliver training, documentation, and user guidelines.


• Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous process improvements.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SAP integration and regulatory compliance.

REquired skills:

• 5+ years of relevant SAP MM consulting or industry experience.


• Strong functional knowledge of procurement processes in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.


• Participation in at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Cloud (RISE or GROW) implementations from pre-sales to delivery, with at least one in a workstream lead role.


• Experience supporting pre-sales activities across the sales cycle, with the ability to position S/4HANA Cloud value, tailor messaging for stakeholders, and align scope with business priorities.


• Familiarity with SAP BTP topics (extensibility, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Analytics Cloud, workflow automation relevant to MM/SD) and SAP integration points with FI/CO, PP, and warehouse/logistics modules.


• Hands-on experience with Agile and SAP Activate methodologies.


• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to client sites within the US.


• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

nice-to-have skills:

• SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA SD/MM.

responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement Procurement processes in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, including purchasing, inventory management, order management, pricing, deliveries, billing, returns, and related integrations.


• Take part in pre-sales activities by facilitating client discovery workshops, scoping solution approaches, preparing tailored demonstrations, and collaborating with sales and business development teams to shape proposals and delivery models aligned with client objectives.


• Support proposal development and RFP responses for logistics and sales workstreams under RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP.


• Deliver full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations using Agile and SAP Activate methodologies, including rollouts, conversions, and enhancements.


• Ensure seamless integration across related modules (FI/CO, PP, Warehouse Management).


• Conduct workshops and training sessions to align the scope, drive adoption, and ensure business alignment.


• Support the growth of the S/4HANA Implementation Practice by contributing to team development, knowledge sharing, and the evolution of delivery approaches and methodologies. 


• Stay up to date with SAP roadmap innovations relevant to supply chain, sales, and procurement.
