The customer is an international software company that develops specialized business solutions for organizations operating in a highly regulated industry. Its products help streamline complex processes, improve operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and support secure data management. The project is focused on building a next-generation platform for real estate transaction and settlement services. It is a long-term modernization initiative leveraging cloud-native technologies, modern engineering practices, and AI-assisted development tools to deliver scalable and innovative digital solutions.
- Testing and automating testing of the next-generation platform as part of a Scrum team.
- Testing across the .NET Core (.NET Framework acceptable), C#, SQL Server stack.
- Testing RESTful APIs.
- Developing and maintaining automated tests using test automation tools (Cypress / Selenium / Playwright / Postman or equivalent).
- Load and performance testing (e.g., JMeter) within the scope of the project.
- Using GenAI / Agentic Coding tools (e.g., Claude Code).
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in a technical field.
- Experience on .NET Core / .NET Framework, SQL Server; testing experience with RESTful APIs for 3+ years.
- Experience with test automation using C#.
- Experience with at least one of Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, Postman (or equivalent RESTful API testing tools) and test automation experience.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
- Experience with microservices and event-based architecture.
- Load and performance testing knowledge/experience, especially JMeter.
- Demonstrated use of GenAI coding assistants or Agentic Coding tools such as Claude Code.

Разработка инструментов автоматизации установки и настройки продукта под разные среды выполнения

Разработка и автоматизация сценариев тестирования продукта
- Интеграция инструментов тестирования в процесс CI/CD (GitLab CI)
- Разработка и проведение нагрузочного тестирования продукта
Наши ожидания

Обязательное владение стеком: Python (разработка скриптов и утилит), Pytest (написание тестовых сценариев и фикстур), Docker (сборка образов и оркестрация окружений через docker-compose)

Глубокое знание GitLab CI: опыт написания пайплайнов для автоматизации прогонов тестов, настройки артефактов, параллелизации задач и управления динамическими средами

Работа с Git: уверенное владение ветвлением, стратегиями ревью и командной работой в репозиториях

Опыт применения AI-агентов в повседневной работе для ускорения написания кода, генерации тестовых сценариев и анализа логов
Будет плюсом:

Опыт с Kubernetes: развертывание тестовых стендов с помощью Helm и работа с кластерами (k3s/minikube)

Опыт написания сценариев на k6 (Go/JS), настройка дашбордов и алертов в Observability Stack (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Alloy)

Понимание конвейеров обработки событий, опыт с SIEM-системами (Logspace или аналоги) и хранение больших объемов телеметрии в ClickHouse

About the role
This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week working from the office in Paphos or Limassol.
Responsibilities
- Lead the QA Operations team, including team development and performance management
- Own and continuously improve regression testing processes for mobile applications
- Develop product quality processes and continuously improve their efficiency
- Own quality metrics, analyze trends and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop defect management, triage and escalation processes for critical issues
- Define and continuously improve testing guidelines, quality standards and common QA processes
- Drive the adoption of AI-powered approaches and automation across testing and quality processes
- Identify and scale opportunities to use AI to improve QA Operations efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Partner with Engineering Platform and Product teams to improve product quality and strengthen engineering ownership of quality
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Management / QA Lead
- Experience managing distributed or international teams
- Strong experience in organizing and optimizing regression testing
- Experience building, scaling and improving QA Operations processes
- Hands-on experience working with quality metrics and driving data-informed improvements
- Experience testing mobile applications on iOS and Android
- Good understanding of test automation across Unit, API and UI/E2E levels and shift-left testing principles
- Experience adopting AI tools, AI-assisted testing or other AI-powered approaches in software development and testing processes
- Ability to identify processes that can be automated or transformed with AI and drive such initiatives through implementation
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working closely with Engineering Platform and Product teams

About the role
Responsibilities
- Build testing frameworks and transition existing systems to new technologies
- Design and upkeep tools for QA engineers, ensuring the reliability of testing infrastructure
- Monitor and maintain the testing infrastructure, including alerting systems for timely issue detection
- Develop strategies and metrics for manual testing, and document test cases for internal and external testers
- Track quality metrics in Tableau and automate routine tasks using tools like Zapier, Jira Automation, and ChatGPT
- Work with TechOps and other teams to implement quality management processes and improve testing workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years as a QA Automation Engineer and 1+ years in mobile app testing (iOS and Android)
- Proficiency in automated testing systems (e.g., Appium, Kotlin, Java, Selenium) and familiarity with client-server principles
- Hands-on experience with Android/iOS testing, including emulators, traffic sniffing, and OS-specific testing
- Competency in API testing (e.g., Postman), database operations (CRUD), and basic command-line tools (bash/zsh)
- At least 2 years of experience in a Lead QA role and experience in implementing new testing processes
- Strong teamwork and familiarity with TMS (e.g., TestOps), Jira, Slack, Git/Github
