Чем предстоит заниматься:

• Обследование автоматизируемых процессов заказчиков, сбор и анализ требований;
• Проектирование решений, разработка моделей бизнес-процессов и диаграмм, формирование задач на разработку информационных систем и их частей;
• Формирование и согласование проектной, эксплуатационной документации на информационные системы в соответствии с ГОСТ 34 серии;
• Поддержка процессов разработки и тестирования, приёмка выполненных задач на разработку информационных систем и их частей;
• Демонстрация, согласование и внедрение в эксплуатацию разработанных решений в составе проектной команды, обучение пользователей.

Наши ожидания от кандидата:

• Опыт работы в роли системного аналитика от 2 лет;​​​​​​​
• Высшее образование в сфере IT или смежной технической области;
• Опыт проектирования информационных систем или отдельных компонентов;
• Знания по структуре и принципам работы реляционных БД (нормализация данных, сущности, связи, ключи, индексы, форматы данных);
• Знание SQL в части команд DML, подзапросов, агрегатных функций и группировок, умение составлять запросы средней сложности;
• Компетенции по направлениям интеграции (SOAP-протокол/REST-архитектура), непосредственное участие в проектировании электронного взаимодействия (со стороны клиента или сервиса);
• Знание ER-моделей - имеется представление о нотациях Чена и Мартина ("Вороньи Лапки");
• Практические навыки графического описания процессов при помощи UML (use case, activity, sequence), BPMN; понимание основных элементов и принципов построения соответствующей нотации/диаграммы;
• Опыт подготовки пользовательской и эксплуатационной документации, инструкций и технических описаний;
• Понимание основных принципов ООП;
• Внимательность к деталям, системное мышление, грамотная устная и письменная речь

• Experience as a System / Business Analyst for 3+ years.
• Strong understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture principles.
• Hands-on experience in API design, with a solid understanding of synchronous and asynchronous system communication.
• Good understanding of Kafka and its core concepts.
• Proficiency in BPMN and UML for visualizing business processes and system logic.
• Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries in PostgreSQL, and a solid understanding of relational database management systems (RDBMS).
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Postman, and Swagger, as well as a basic understanding of version control systems (Git).
