Purpose and Objective:

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise application software & services sales. Fundamental understanding of enterprise IT services & concepts and their value in large scale enterprise projects.


• Demonstrated history of achieving $3M+ revenue annually in application software and IT services.


• Expertise in the business processes associated with Enterprise Solutions and Enterprise Customers: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product Lifecycle Management, Operations, Environmental Health & Safety, Procurement, Finance, Sales & Distribution, and more.


• Expertise in SAP's solution portfolio, with a strong emphasis on modern cloud offerings like SAP BTP, Business AI, and RISE & GROW with SAP. Fundamental understanding of SAP enterprise software solutions & concepts and their value in customer/prospect business processes.


• Вachelor’s degree.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders in writing, in person, and via video conference.


• Passion for our customers, our customers products and for improving business processes by leveraging technology.

• 5+ years of functional SAP MM/SD consulting, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations.


• Strong background in configuration and optimization of SAP MM (Purchasing, Inventory Management) and SD (Order to Cash) processes.


• Experience with S/4HANA and integration with other modules such as FICO, WM, and PP.


• Experience with Agile/Activate methodologies.


• English B2+ and Polish B2+.

responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP MM/SD implementations and migrations, including S/4HANA projects.


• Configure and support key SAP logistics modules: Materials Management (MM) and Sales & Distribution (SD).


• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional solutions.


• Oversee core logistics processes such as purchase order processing, inventory management, ATP, MRP, pricing, and delivery.


• Drive and coordinate data migration activities, ensuring the integrity and consistency of master and transactional data.


• Support and guide project teams through Agile or Activate methodologies.


• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior consultants or cross-functional project members.

REQUIREd skills:

• 3+ years of experience in SAP Integration technologies, including SAP PO/PI and SAP BTP CPI, with at least one full-cycle CPI project.


• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration (CPI), API Management (API Portal, Business Hub), and Open Connectors.


• Strong expertise in integrating SAP S/4HANA systems, including setup of Cloud Connector for on-premise connectivity (S/4HANA, DB, mail servers, etc.).


• Solid understanding of SAP business processes (SD, MM, HCM) and experience designing standard and custom integration flows.


• Proficiency with CPI adapters and integration patterns, including OData, SOAP, REST, IDoc, RFC/BAPI, SFTP, JDBC, AMQP, and message transformation techniques.


• Experience with middleware development tools and technologies, including Groovy/Java scripting, XML/JSON/XSLT, message mapping, and data transformation.


• Knowledge of CPI operations and security, including exception handling, monitoring, transport management (CTS+/TMS), encryption/decryption, and support activities.


• English B2+.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with SAP BPM/BRM.


• Experience implementing CPI scenarios.


• Knowledge of BTP/Integration Suite.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop integrations between SAP S/4HANA (on-premise) and cloud/on-premise systems (e.g., SAP BTP, Salesforce, SAP Fiori, databases, and third-party applications).


• Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical designs, ensuring scalable and efficient integration solutions.


• Build and configure integration flows in SAP CPI, including interface development, message mappings, and data transformations.


• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless end-to-end integration and alignment with business processes.


• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of integration scenarios, ensuring high-quality and stable solutions.


• Monitor and support existing integrations, including issue resolution, performance optimization, and enhancements.


• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, interface details, and operational guidelines.
