Aquiva, a leading Salesforce PDO and consulting partner, seeks a skilled Software Developer in Test with a strong background in Salesforce testing and Java to join our fast-paced, Agile team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes ownership of quality assurance processes, and is passionate about building reliable, scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, debug, and refactor automated UI and API tests in Java/Groovy
• Create and maintain component-based automation layers for Salesforce UI
• Implement API test coverage for middleware integrations using Rest Assured (or similar tools)
• Analyze failed CI test runs, identify root causes, and improve test stability
• Contribute to automation framework improvements, including utilities, test data builders, fixtures, and reporting 

Required hands-on automation experience:

• Strong Java fundamentals
• Salesforce testing experience is a must
• Hands-on experience writing UI automation tests using Selenium or Selenide
• Experience designing and maintaining AQA Framework
• Experience writing API automation tests using Rest Assured or similar Java-based API testing libraries
• Experience with JUnit/TestNG or Spock
• Experience with Gradle/Maven project structure and dependency management
• Ability to debug failed automated tests and refactor existing test code 

Nice to have:

• Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I, Administrator, App Builder, or others)
• Basic knowledge of security testing (e.g., XSS, SQL injection)
• ISTQB Certification 
• Familiarity with the Hospitality industry

About the role

We are looking for a manual QA Analyst to work inside an Agile delivery team, close to the people writing the stories and the people writing the code.

You will read user stories before they are built and find what is missing in them, write the test cases that prove the functionality does what the story says, and run those cases by hand. When something breaks, you are the person who explains it clearly enough that a developer can act on it without a second conversation.

You do not need Salesforce experience to apply. We would rather hire someone who tests well and teach them the platform than the other way around. The day-to-day runs in Spanish, and you will use written English with the wider team.

What you'll do

• Story analysis. Analyze user stories for inaccuracies or missing details before development starts.

• Test case design. Write comprehensive test cases for user stories.

• Manual testing. Run those cases to verify that the functionality matches the story.

• Agile collaboration. Work inside a delivery team through its full cycle, with the Product Owner and the developers.

• Clear defect reporting. Communicate issues to developers early, with enough detail to act on.

Must-have

• 3+ years of hands-on manual QA experience.

• API testing. Proven experience testing APIs.

• Web application testing. Experience testing web-based projects and applications.

• Basic programming skills.

• English, B1 or above. Written English for the wider team. The day-to-day runs in Spanish.

Nice to have

• Experience testing Salesforce or another heavily configured business platform

• ISTQB certification

• Knowledge of automating basic test cases with Selenium WebDriver (Java or JavaScript binding)

• Experience automating UI, API, and load testing

• ​​​​​Актуализация существующих тестовых сценариев, разработка новых;

• Проведение ручного тестирования по чек-листам;

• Консультация специалистов на проектах по вопросам эксплуатации и настройки ПО;

• Подготовка тестовых стендов.

Наши ожидания от кандидата:

• Умение грамотно и понятно описать найденные дефекты и рекомендации по их устранению;

• Знание HTML, XML;

• Опыт работы с багтрекером;

• Знание Linux/Windows на уровне опытного пользователя.

Будет плюсом:

• Опыт работы с ПО: SoapUI, КриптоПРО CSP, Apache Tomcat;

• Опыт в написании тестовой документации.
