• Проектирование архитектуры ИТ-систем (ЦОД, инфраструктура, платформы, интеграция);

• Сбор и формализация технических и нефункциональных требований совместно с заказчиками;

• Разработка целевой и переходной архитектуры enterprise-решений (инфраструктура + платформа + интеграция);

• Подготовка архитектурной и проектной документации (HLD/LLD, схемы, пояснительные записки, презентации);

• Защита архитектурных решений перед заказчиками, ИБ-службами и экспертными комиссиями;

• Архитектурная декомпозиция решений в технические задачи для проектных и внедренческих команд;

• Личное участие в пилотных проектах, опытной эксплуатации, приёмке и вводе решений в промышленную эксплуатацию;

• Архитектурный надзор за реализацией решений и контроль соответствия утверждённой архитектуре;

• Взаимодействие с вендорами и системными интеграторами (импортозамещённый стек);

• Анализ требований прикладных систем к вычислительным ресурсам (CPU, память, I/O) и определение оптимальной типизации серверов;

• Проектирование сетевой архитектуры приложений: определение требуемых VLAN, сетевых сегментов, балансировки нагрузки;

• Разработка архитектуры хранилища данных: выбор типа хранилища (SAN, NAS, S3), уровней отказоустойчивости (RAID), требований к IOPS/throughput;

• Анализ фактического потребления ресурсов приложениями и сравнение с проектными показателями;

• Участие в планировании и реализации апгрейдов и модернизации инфраструктуры приложений.

• Высшее техническое образование (предпочтительно в области компьютерных наук, информатики, прикладной математики или аналогичных специальностях);

• Профессиональный опыт работы проектировщиком/пресейлом/архитектором инфраструктуры не менее 5-х лет;

• Понимание архитектуры физических серверов (процессоры, память, I/O, сетевые адаптеры);

• Опыт проектирования и администрирования решений виртуализации на базе VMware vSphere, OpenStack, KVM;

• Понимание архитектуры контейнеризации: требования к узлам, ресурсам pod'ов, сетевому окружению, хранению;

• Опыт определения требуемых характеристик для различных типов нагрузки: приложения, базы данных, ML/AI нагрузки;

• Понимание моделей отказоустойчивости (HA, DR, FT), требований к RTO/RPO и их влияния на архитектуру;

• Понимание сетевых протоколов и моделей коммуникации (IPv4, IPv6, TCP/UDP, VLAN, VXLAN);

• Опыт проектирования сетевой архитектуры приложений;

About the Role

Veeam is seeking a Solutions Architect / Implementation Consultant to design, deploy, and validate Veeam data protection and data resilience solutions within customer environments. This role bridges the gap between solution design and hands-on delivery: translating customer requirements and pre-sales designs into a detailed implementation plan, and then executing that plan to a successful, production-ready outcome. The role works closely with Project Managers, Sales Engineers, Customer Success Engineers, and Technical Account Managers to ensure Veeam solutions are architected soundly, implemented correctly, and positioned for long-term customer success.

What You’ll Do

• Design detailed, technically sound Veeam solution architectures based on customer requirements, existing infrastructure, and best practices.
• Lead the technical implementation and configuration of Veeam products within customer environments, from initial setup through production cutover.
• Translate high-level pre-sales designs into detailed low-level design (LLD) documentation, including sizing, configuration standards, and architecture diagrams.
• Validate infrastructure prerequisites and readiness prior to deployment, identifying and resolving gaps or risks before implementation begins.
• Partner with Project Managers to align technical delivery activities with project timelines, milestones, and governance requirements.
• Execute Customer Infrastructure and Veeam Product Health Check assessments, analyzing environments and delivering clear, actionable recommendations.
• Perform testing and validation of deployed solutions, including backup/recovery testing, failover testing, and performance validation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues encountered during implementation, engaging Support, R&D, or QA as needed for escalation.
• Document as-built configurations, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials for customers and internal teams.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to customers and partners on the ongoing operation and optimization of their Veeam environment.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers during pre-sales handoff to ensure a smooth transition from solution design to delivery.
• Identify opportunities for solution improvement, automation, and repeatable delivery methodology across engagements.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Implementation Consultant, or similar hands-on technical delivery role.
• Strong working knowledge of data protection, backup and recovery, and disaster recovery concepts and technologies.
