Задачи команды - разработать и внедрить AI агентов в трайбе «Защитные и страховые продукты и сервисы» в части консультаций по страхованию, консультационные сценарии через ЕЛЧ (Единая Лента Чата) и Виртуального ассистента, а именно:

  1. консультировать клиентов по вопросам имеющим отношение к продуктам трайба ,
  2. помогать клиентам с осуществлением активных операций по продуктам трайба,
  3. предоставлять информацию по подключенным страховым продуктам,
  4. формировать лояльное отношение к продуктам трайба,
  5. информировать о продуктовой линейке трайба и параметрах продуктов,
  6. повышать уровень страховой культуры.
  • проектирование и актуализация тестовой модели на проекте

  • проведение функционального и регрессионного тестирования

  • локализация и регистрация дефектов в системе bug-трекинга

  • анализ реализованных задач на соответствие требованиям

  • участие в декомпозиции и оценке задач бэклога

  • взаимодействие с аналитиками и разработчиками системы

  • автоматизация процесса тестирования модулей продукта.

  • опыт ручного тестирования от 2-3 лет (back)

  • опыт автоматизированного тестирования Rest-Api от 1 года на Java

  • уверенные навыки использования методологий тестирования и техник тест-дизайна;

  • навыки работы с базами данных на уровне запросов средней сложности

  • рабочие знания принципов клиент-серверного взаимодействия

  • опыт и понимание особенностей тестирования REST API

  • понимание микросервестной архитектуры

  • опыт работы с JSON

  • умение работать с логами

  • опыт работы с Postman/INSOMNIA для тестирования API

  • навыки работы с баг-трекинговыми системами и системами ведения задач

  • опыт тестирования мобильных приложений (IOS, Android).

About the Role

We are seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) specializing in Data Connectors & High-Scale Ingestion. In this role, you will be the technical authority responsible for designing testing frameworks and benchmarking tools that validate multi-source data integration pipelines processing petabyte-scale throughput across AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes. 

What You’ll Do

  • Design and execute scalable performance, backpressure, and stress-testing harnesses for ingestion connectors (REST, gRPC, CDC, Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  • Build automation suites across AWS (S3, SQS, Kinesis, EKS) and Azure (Event Hubs, Blob, AKS) to test real-world connector data flows under degraded network conditions and extreme concurrency
  • Implement automated fault-injection pipelines (simulating schema drift, network partitions, rate limits, and authentication failures) to guarantee zero-data-loss execution
  • Utilize Kubernetes to dynamically orchestrate transient, high-concurrency test clusters and mock target endpoints at scale

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of software engineering/SDET experience in C++, Java, Go, or Python
  • Deep experience in testing streaming architectures (Kafka, Event Hubs), queueing systems, and API protocols (gRPC, WebSockets, REST)
  • Hands-on proficiency with AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes (Helm, custom controllers, or K8s operators)
  • Proven track record building custom distributed load-generation tools (e.g., Locust, k6, custom Go/Java engines)

  • Validate end-to-end data fidelity, dynamic aggregation accuracy, latency SLAs, and schema evolution across high-volume reporting layers 
  • Design automated benchmarking platforms that measure query execution plans, indexing performance, and memory consumption under multi-gigabyte payload conditions 
  • Leverage Kubernetes on AWS (EKS) and Azure (AKS) to spin up isolated, multi-tenant database clusters loaded with synthetic graph datasets for automated regression runs 

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in software development or test engineering using Java, Python, or Go 
  • Expertise in graph technologies (Cypher, Gremlin, GraphQL, Neo4j, AWS Neptune) and complex relational/OLAP query validation
