El QA Instructional Specialist es un rol full-time e híbrido que combina la enseñanza en vivo con la evaluación técnica de proyectos. La persona será responsable de impulsar el éxito de los estudiantes del bootcamp de QA mediante sesiones en vivo de alta intensidad (Webinars y sesiones 1:1) utilizando un modelo centralizado y organizado por niveles, además de gestionar la revisión asincrónica de proyectos y los bloques de Co-Learning en vivo.

1. Instrucción y acompañamiento sincrónico

• Webinars por nivel: Impartir webinars en vivo de 120 minutos, organizados según la profundidad del currículo (Inicial, Intermedio y Avanzado), para atender a varios cohorts simultáneamente.
• Coaching 1:1: Realizar sesiones privadas de 30 minutos a través de Calendly para ayudar a los estudiantes a resolver bloqueos relacionados con testing automatizado o manual.
• Cumplimiento de políticas: Gestionar la responsabilidad de los estudiantes, asegurando el cumplimiento del límite de 1 sesión por semana para las reservas.

2. Evaluación y soporte a los cohorts

• Evaluación de proyectos: Evaluar proyectos de testing manual y automatizado, reportes de bugs y planes de pruebas de acuerdo con estándares de la industria.
• Facilitación de Co-Learning: Liderar bloques de estudio en salas de video abiertas para ayudar a los estudiantes a resolver bloqueos en tiempo real.
• Gestión de la comunidad: Supervisar 5 cohorts asignados y responder consultas técnicas a través de Discord.

Para el programa de QA, buscamos un/a QA Engineer con experiencia que tenga:

• 3+ años de experiencia laboral en QA. La experiencia en automatización y testing mobile es un plus.
• Experiencia en automatización de pruebas con Selenium + Python.
• Conocimientos y experiencia trabajando con línea de comandos, Browser DevTools, sniffers como Charles/Fiddler y herramientas para pruebas de API como SoapUI y Postman.
• Conocimientos de teoría de testing y diseño de pruebas, además de conocimientos básicos de sistemas operativos, redes y arquitectura de sistemas.
• Conocimientos básicos de SQL.
• Inglés B1+ y español fluido.
• Disponibilidad full-time.

Our QA curriculum focuses on AI-assisted quality engineering: how to use modern AI tools to write smarter tests, automate faster, and build more reliable mobile and backend products.

Who are we looking for?

We are building a talent pool of experienced QA engineers and technical experts for ongoing roles as Instructors, Authors, and Subject Matter Experts in our AI-assisted QA educational program.

We are looking for specialists across the following areas: Kotlin, Swift, Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Mobile QA (Android / iOS), and other languages with a QA focus.

A strong candidate doesn't just know their stack deeply — they actively use AI-assisted QA tools in their daily workflow. We prioritize hands-on experience with tools such as Cursor, testRigor, Magic Inspector, Rainforest QA, AI-powered test generation, agentic workflows, MCP ecosystem integrations, or similar. The ability to teach others how to integrate these tools into real QA practice is what sets our experts apart.

These are Talent Pool positions — we continuously review applications and build our roster of experts. This means there may not be an immediate opening at the time you apply, but strong candidates will be added to our talent pool and contacted as relevant opportunities arise.

You can join us on a part-time basis (~10–15h/week), contributing as an instructor leading live sessions and workshops, as a course author creating learning materials, or as a subject matter expert supporting curriculum development. Teaching sessions are compensated separately.

Compensation: $40–80/hour, depending on experience and format of collaboration.

Чем предстоит заниматься

• Проектирование, разработка и поддержка фреймворка и библиотек для автоматизации тестирования

• Разработка инструментов автоматизации установки и настройки продукта под разные среды выполнения

• Разработка и автоматизация сценариев тестирования продукта

• Интеграция инструментов тестирования в процесс CI/CD (GitLab CI)
• Разработка и проведение нагрузочного тестирования продукта

Наши ожидания

• Обязательное владение стеком: Python (разработка скриптов и утилит), Pytest (написание тестовых сценариев и фикстур), Docker (сборка образов и оркестрация окружений через docker-compose)

• Глубокое знание GitLab CI: опыт написания пайплайнов для автоматизации прогонов тестов, настройки артефактов, параллелизации задач и управления динамическими средами

• Работа с Git: уверенное владение ветвлением, стратегиями ревью и командной работой в репозиториях

• Опыт применения AI-агентов в повседневной работе для ускорения написания кода, генерации тестовых сценариев и анализа логов

Будет плюсом:

• Опыт с Kubernetes: развертывание тестовых стендов с помощью Helm и работа с кластерами (k3s/minikube)

• Опыт написания сценариев на k6 (Go/JS), настройка дашбордов и алертов в Observability Stack (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Alloy)

• Опыт с SIEM или колончатыми СУБД (как ClickHouse)
