We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join one of our squads where you will be supporting Lightspeed’s Hospitality product group on the mission to expand our reach into new markets and countries while enhancing our advanced hospitality commerce platform.

You will be joining the team driving the Lightspeed L- and G-series products, which power hospitality businesses across Europe and help them deliver exceptional guest experiences. Our mission is to stay ahead of customer needs and evolving regulations, while at the same time modernizing our technology stack to ensure these products remain reliable, scalable, and future-ready.

You will join an international, independent and collaborative team, continuously improving our engineering practices, infrastructure and codebase, all while keeping it fun. Most importantly, your work will directly shape the daily experience of business owners and hospitality guests.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Working alongside some of the most brilliant minds in the industry, you will contribute to the L&G series product by building new features and improving the developer experience.

• Create and ship beautiful, elegant, and functional web applications

• Report to the Development Manager and have frequent interactions with Product Managers, Product Designers, and Platform Teams.

• Take part in daily agile ceremonies, brainstorm on innovative ideas that challenge the status quo, and implement solutions.

• Act as an advocate for the highest code quality and ownership while contributing to the health of the infrastructure.

• Embrace an AI-first development workflow, leveraging prompting to accelerate delivery while critically evaluating, refining, and iterating on AI-generated code.

• Raise the bar and elevate your team by sharing knowledge and best practices while always seeking improvement and progress.

What you'll be bringing to the team:

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript and CSS

• Knowledge of React.js or similar technologies

• Ability to quickly navigate across multiple codebases using diverse frontend technologies (jQuery, Angular, React, ..)

• Solid understanding of cross-browser/platform issues and solutions

• Familiarity with writing unit & e2e tests and ensuring the highest coding standards

• Communication skills in English

Even better if you have, but not necessary:

• Experience in the development of mobile-first applications

• Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructures and monitoring

• A keen eye for UI/UX design

Компания ИТ Франчайзинг (БЦ24) — лидер рынка флористики в Нижнем Новгороде: 25+ магазинов, уже открыто 3 магазина в Москве, сеть продолжает расти. Строим собственную IT-экосистему: ERP, внутренние сервисы, сайты, чат-боты, интеграции — и хотим стать первой компанией во флористике, где большинство операционных процессов работает на AI.

Ищем Fullstack-разработчика, который сможет одинаково уверенно чувствовать себя и в нашей текущей ERP на PHP, и в новых AI-продуктах на Python — а главное, реально понимать код, в том числе написанный с помощью AI-агентов.

Чем предстоит заниматься

— поддержка и развитие ERP-системы компании (PHP 8.1, Yii2)

— разработка backend для новых AI-продуктов на Python (FastAPI, PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy)

— работа с AI-инструментами разработки (Claude Code — основной инструмент, Cursor, Codex) по подходу «сначала спецификация, потом код» (SDD → TDD): постановка задач, ревью и доработка сгенерированного кода

— интеграции: REST API (в т.ч. с 1С), протокол MCP для доступа к базам данных

— работа с очередями и кэшем (RabbitMQ, Redis), миграциями (Alembic)

— по необходимости — доработка frontend (HTML/CSS/JS, React)

— работа в Git по внутреннему протоколу компании (именование веток, merge, ревью)

Нам важно

— опыт коммерческой разработки от 3 лет, уверенное понимание backend-архитектуры

— опыт работы с REST API, Git, Docker

— уверенная работа с AI-инструментами разработки (Claude Code, Cursor или аналоги) — не просто «использовал», а реальный опыт: умение писать эффективные промпты, проверять и дорабатывать сгенерированный код

— понимание принципов работы LLM и готовность отвечать за качество кода, даже если его сгенерировал AI

Будет плюсом:

— опыт с Python-библиотеками для данных и компьютерного зрения (NumPy, Pandas, OpenCV, scikit-learn)

— опыт работы с AI-агентами и фреймворками для их построения (LangChain или аналоги)

— опыт разработки на React

Отдельно уточним: нам не нужен «вайб-кодер», который умеет только писать промпты, — важно, чтобы человек реально понимал, что происходит в коде, и мог это объяснить.
