About the Role

As an Associate Product Designer at Securiti Sciences, you will enjoy being part of a proficient, motivated team of Product Managers, Product Designers, and Engineers. In this role you’ll get to identify and assess user needs and opportunities, develop concepts, structure interactions, design user interfaces and other touch points. If you don’t already possess the necessary abilities and tools, you can look forward to learning about them through senior members of our design team.. 

Responsibilities: 

• Your primary responsibility will be to work as part of a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and designers, building large, complex digital products 

• Contribute to the product design process 

• Find simple solutions to complex user pain points, constantly improving how things work 

• Find a fine balance while delivering on business requirements, technical limitations, time constraints and user needs

• Work in all parts of the user experience design process, generalizing when necessary
  
  
• Identify and assess product needs and opportunities, develop concepts, structure interactions, design user interfaces and other touch points

Experience & Skills: 

• At least 1 year of professional experience as a creative designer or content creator 

• Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Arts, Computer Science, or a related discipline 

• Proficiency with designing and prototyping tools e.g. Figma, Adobe XD 

• Agency, large consultancy, or product company background a plus 

• Building products with data visualization a big plus 

• Strong conceptual ability - mindful with the ability to be open to suggestions, incorporating input from others to improve product quality, drive towards completion and attain organizational buy-in. 

• Ability to change course/direction on projects at a moment’s notice; ability to reprioritize tasks and timelines 

• Ability to work well under pressure and sometimes tight deadlines 

• Ability to work independently and to prioritize responsibilities, multi-tasking 

• Detail-oriented, with superior communication and organizational skills 

• Be enthusiastic about being an ambassador for the company’s vision through informational storytelling within our product

Развитие продукты Заботы

Вместе с командой вам нужно будет придумывать новые способы взаимодействия со страхованием — от интеграций в разные сервисы до собственного продукта Заботы. Сценариев становится всё больше. Они живут в разных частях экосистемы и вне её, и пока страхование часто устроено довольно сложно. Где-то предстоит проектировать новое, где-то — заметно упрощать существующее, а иногда самому предлагать более простой подход к задаче. При этом важно удерживать всё вместе: собирать общие паттерны и принципы, чтобы Забота оставалась узнаваемой, понятной и консистентной в интерфейсах независимо от точки входа.

Построение эффективной дизайн-функции

Вам нужно будет выстроить процессы так, чтобы маленькая команда могла делать неожиданно много хорошей работы. Не увеличивать объём только собственными руками, а искать рычаги: системные решения, компоненты, шаблоны, аутсорс, AI и новые способы организации работы. Предстоит постоянно искать точки для ускорения и автоматизации и думать, что можно изменить сейчас, чтобы следующую похожую задачу решить быстрее и лучше.

Работа напрямую с заказчиками и смежниками

Вы будете самостоятельно находить общий язык с руководителями Заботы, продактами, разработчиками и командами других сервисов. Кроме того, вам нужно будет участвовать в продуктовых обсуждениях, предлагать свои идеи, ясно о них рассказывать и аргументировать их, а также вместе доводить до результата.

We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer to join our B2B Curriculum team and develop technical / AI-focused courses for corporate clients. You will turn client needs and subject-matter expertise into practical, scalable learning experiences and continuously improve them using learner feedback and expert recommendations.

This is a full-time remote contract position. After the Online Introductory Call, candidates will be required to complete a test assignment.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end development of new B2B courses, from learning needs analysis and high-level design to final course documentation, in collaboration with Product Managers and subject-matter experts.
• Build course Skill Trees and map learning outcomes across the course, modules, and individual lessons.
• Create educational content, practice exercises, assessments, and learning aids based on materials provided by subject-matter experts.
• Prepare clear briefs for designers and video editors, and develop outlines and facilitator materials for workshops, seminars, and other live formats.
• Analyze each client’s learning needs, business goals, workflows, tools, operational constraints, and learner profiles together with Product Managers and client stakeholders.
• Customize learning activities, case studies, learning paths, curriculum structure, and schedules to reflect authentic client tasks and the needs of different roles.
• Continuously improve the learning experience by auditing cognitive load, motivation, difficulty, and alignment with learning outcomes; use learner feedback and expert recommendations to update content and maintain an improvement backlog.

Requirements

Must have:

• At least three years of experience as an Instructional Designer, Learning Experience Designer, Learning Content Developer, Program Designer, or in a comparable role.
• Proven experience applying modern learning experience design models, methodologies, and frameworks to the development of complex skills.
• Experience structuring end-to-end learning experiences, including building Skill Trees and Learning Journey Maps and mapping learning outcomes.
• Ability to create different forms of educational content, including long reads, projects, practice tasks, infographics, and other learning aids.
• Experience designing and integrating skills and knowledge assessments into a course.
• English proficiency at C1 level (strong B2 users with a good fit in other requirements are welcome to apply, too).

Nice to have:

• Strong familiarity with popular AI tools (e.g., Claude, Claude Code, Claude Design). Experience creating your own agents or workflows, or some familiarity with coding, is a strong plus.
• Experience adapting curricula for B2B clients based on their business goals, workflows, learner profiles, and operational constraints.
