Ищем Senior Manual QA Engineer в команду разработки оркестратора сети ЦОД, способного самостоятельно выстроить подход к тестированию, организовать регресс и развивать автоматизацию.

В нашей команде тебе предстоит:

  • Ручное тестирование новой функциональности: UI, API и сквозные сценарии на dev-стенде и на стенде с оборудованием;
  • Проведение регресса перед поставкой с фиксацией результатов в Allure TestOps;
  • Автоматизация регресса: перевод ручных сценариев UI, API и E2E в автотесты с запуском в CI/CD;
  • Разбор находок: дефект это или ожидаемое поведение, сверка с критериями приёмки, спецификацией API и ТЗ;
  • Ревью требований и критериев приёмки до начала разработки, тест-планы и тест-кейсы;
  • Подготовка тестовых данных, генераторов данных и заглушек, включая моки ответов оборудования;
  • Участие в код-ревью.

Что мы ждем:

  • Опыт ручного тестирования веб-приложений: тест-дизайн, регресс, исследовательское тестирование;
  • Опыт автоматизации UI- и API-тестов на Python: pytest, Playwright, Selenium, httpx или requests;
  • Опыт построения тестового фреймворка: Page Object, фикстуры и параметризация, параллельный запуск через pytest-xdist, отчёты в Allure;
  • Опыт проверки ответов API по схеме (Pydantic или JSON Schema) и мокирования запросов и внешних систем;
  • Опыт тестирования асинхронных процессов: фоновые задачи и очереди, долгие операции со сменой статусов, опрос статуса и SSE, гонки при параллельных операциях;
  • Опыт генерации тестовых данных (Faker) и изоляции окружения в Docker или testcontainers;
  • Знание SQL для проверки данных и умение читать логи;
  • Критическое техническое мышление: не принимаешь поведение системы и чужие утверждения на веру, проверяешь по источнику и докапываешься до причины;
  • Умение выстроить тестирование там, где процесса ещё нет;
  • Коммуникативные навыки, умение быстро решать проблемы и находить ответы.

Будет плюсом:

  • Базовые знания сетей: IP-адресация, VLAN, маршрутизация;
  • Опыт тестирования систем, работающих с оборудованием или внешними интеграциями;
  • Нагрузочное тестирование: Locust или k6;
  • Опыт использования AI-ассистентов для генерации и ревью автотестов.

In this role, you will be the technical authority responsible for designing testing frameworks and benchmarking tools that validate multi-source data integration pipelines processing petabyte-scale throughput across AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes. 

What You’ll Do

  • Design and execute scalable performance, backpressure, and stress-testing harnesses for ingestion connectors (REST, gRPC, CDC, Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  • Build automation suites across AWS (S3, SQS, Kinesis, EKS) and Azure (Event Hubs, Blob, AKS) to test real-world connector data flows under degraded network conditions and extreme concurrency
  • Implement automated fault-injection pipelines (simulating schema drift, network partitions, rate limits, and authentication failures) to guarantee zero-data-loss execution
  • Utilize Kubernetes to dynamically orchestrate transient, high-concurrency test clusters and mock target endpoints at scale

  • 8+ years of software engineering/SDET experience in C++, Java, Go, or Python
